Some teams already have different players for all 3 formats like Australia, England and South Africa hope some more adopt this policy but we need good quality in all 3 formats which is very good for spirit of cricket

Even India also used have but now don't have such quality test players now.
Cricket academies producing players for money not for game specially in India too much money killing many classic players now its just in books we have many classic batsmen not in grounds

Yes it is true currently in indian team there is no one good consistent player. Most of them come and play for few matches and they will be replaced with a new player.

Also these players not worried to play for indian team because their payments are quite less compared to IPL matches so they give preference to IPL short matches compared to those test matches.

Yes these ipl matches spoiled the real cricket game itself now this game has become purely a business model.

Agreed with you that IPL has spoiled the cricket but also there are few positive things about IPL. It is providing platform for domestic players to play with top international players which is boosting their confidence and they are learning new skills and techniques. As per my knowledge only 4 foreign players can play and 7 players must be indians so this is very good opportunity for indian players to showcase their talent in front of huge crowd and to impress the selectors

Yes you are right, IPL has spoiled the hunger of young players to play for the national side as they are happy with the money they are getting just by playing few season for IPL team.

IPL matches are good for only entertainment but new players are not a cricket players because they are a just a ball hitters so no quality and consistency in their performance.

Agreed with you, in India cricketers are getting too much money by playing domestic tournaments like IPL so they don't care about playing for national side as they are happy while playing ipl only. In IPL there are so many talented players but sometimes they are not available to play for national side due to their injuries during the IPL which is very sad.

No there isn't any T20 or one day between  Banglasdesh and Australia..Only test Sad

Yes only test matches. It is quite boring games. Lets hope India and SA matches will be good to watch.

Yes it will be treat for all the cricket fans. India-SA cricket matches are always nail biting, both sides have some great players. It will be interesting to see that how indian batsman will play dale steyn and imran tahir. South African bowlers will definitely have some plans against indian batsman. Dale Steyn, AB, Kohli and Rohit Sharma will be the players to watch out for.

This is a really good idea to have different team for all the different formats. Nowdays all the teams are playing lot of international t20s, ODIs and test cricket, some players are also playing some t20 leagues like ipl, big bash , cpl and county cricket. Because of excessive cricket the injuries to the players are increased and players have to miss some important matches of their national side. If there are different teams for different format then there will be less pressure on players and injuries will be also reduced.

Agreed with you, the Indian test cricket team is not as strong as before. After the retirement of Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, VVS Laxman, Rahul dravid and Anil Kumble, the indian team is still struggling to balance the team and to find the right combinations. They are still not able to find the replacement for above great players. Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Ashwin and Murli Vijay have great potential to be successful in test cricket, lets see what they can do.

These golden days of test gone now we have poor quality players and its all because of this 20/20 which have more entertainment for us

Yes that is correct. Those old days cricket players had passion to play cricket but now a days it become a business so nobody bother about the game.

Off course these T20 matches are very good for viewing and entertainment purpose but in this game you will not get any quality player. They are just hard hitter of the ball and if lucky on given day then they score or nothing so no consistency in the performance.

What ever it may be but I like to watch t20 matches and made some money from those matches.

Yeah, this shorter version of is getting more and more popular because we can have a result within 3 hours whereas in ODI it takes entire day (100 overs) and in test cricket it takes 5 days for result of the match. There are big hits, quick firework, music, glamour and entertainment which made t20 cricket more
popular. As this is a shorter version of game there are more possibilities to make more money as we can predict some possibilities.

The actuall cricket is Test Cricket , in this a batsman and a bowler ability is checked that how much patience he is, that much he will be performing well in long term, In T20 any one come and hit or run type game, in this format you just need to hit on every ball , their is no much ability needed. 50 over match is also good

Yes you are right, the real cricket is test cricket. Test cricket will never die as it has its own dignity and importance. It really test the ability and patience of the players. The shorter version of the game has tuned the players to play attractive cricket ,which helps test cricket indirectly. The only thing that has to be changed is to reduce the number of tests to maximum 3 per series and have more Odi's and 20-20 instead. This will take care of the financial losses also caused by less attendance to test cricket.

You are perfectly right, the real cricket is Test Cricket. Test Cricket has its own place in the Cricket World. T20 cricket has made the players to play fast and aggressive  cricket. and you are right that Test cricket should be less and odi and T20 should be more.

Yes after T20 matches become popular most of the young crickets forget about the old time technical skills. Now a days young players can't fit into those test matches. They are good for hitting balls for some time and get out do not know any real cricket techniques.

In Test Matches it is checked the ability of the player that how much time he stands in the crease and do batting, it takes lot of skills, stamina and technique to stand long time and play for whole day , in t20 playes just have to come and do batting for shorter time , so in this shorter time he has to just hit hard how much he can, their is no need to stay long  as the over are less and the match is very shorter time.

You are absolutely right, its proven in the past that all the great players were best in the test cricket. Only test cricket can judge the skills of the player whether he is batsman or bowler. Great players like Sir Don Bradman, Sunil Gavaskar and many more are the example from the past. Legends like Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, Laxman, Dravid, Ponting, Mcgrath, Kumble, Kallis and shane warne are some of the greatest test cricket players from the modern cricket. They have shown their skills, caliber, techniques, temperament on the field. These legends will remain in the memories for longer time but heroes of t20 will be popular for limited period only.

You can already see the effects of T20 on even ODIs, the players are getting so bad at playing the longer versions of the game because it takes a lot of stamina, in T20 even if they make odd 30-40 runs it counts as a good contribution but it's not enough in other forms of the game (ODI & Test), same is with the bowling, a bowler has to bowl 10 over in ODIs and for some it's becoming too much. In future we might see 3 different teams, with few players ofcourse which will play all the formats but some of the players will be specifically selected for ODIs and Test Matches specially.
