The actuall cricket is Test Cricket , in this a batsman and a bowler ability is checked that how much patience he is, that much he will be performing well in long term, In T20 any one come and hit or run type game, in this format you just need to hit on every ball , their is no much ability needed. 50 over match is also good
Yes you are right, the real cricket is test cricket. Test cricket will never die as it has its own dignity and importance. It really test the ability and patience of the players. The shorter version of the game has tuned the players to play attractive cricket ,which helps test cricket indirectly. The only thing that has to be changed is to reduce the number of tests to maximum 3 per series and have more Odi's and 20-20 instead. This will take care of the financial losses also caused by less attendance to test cricket.
You are perfectly right, the real cricket is Test Cricket. Test Cricket has its own place in the Cricket World. T20 cricket has made the players to play fast and aggressive cricket. and you are right that Test cricket should be less and odi and T20 should be more.
Yes after T20 matches become popular most of the young crickets forget about the old time technical skills. Now a days young players can't fit into those test matches. They are good for hitting balls for some time and get out do not know any real cricket techniques.
In Test Matches it is checked the ability of the player that how much time he stands in the crease and do batting, it takes lot of skills, stamina and technique to stand long time and play for whole day , in t20 playes just have to come and do batting for shorter time , so in this shorter time he has to just hit hard how much he can, their is no need to stay long as the over are less and the match is very shorter time.
You are absolutely right, its proven in the past that all the great players were best in the test cricket. Only test cricket can judge the skills of the player whether he is batsman or bowler. Great players like Sir Don Bradman, Sunil Gavaskar and many more are the example from the past. Legends like Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, Laxman, Dravid, Ponting, Mcgrath, Kumble, Kallis and shane warne are some of the greatest test cricket players from the modern cricket. They have shown their skills, caliber, techniques, temperament on the field. These legends will remain in the memories for longer time but heroes of t20 will be popular for limited period only.
