That looks to be an very worst situation for Sri Lanka losing all matches from test series to t20 series without even getting a win. Now one among the strongest team due to the worse play was in the last ranking and was supposed to play qualifier match to make it eligible for the world Cup matches.
Loved Kohli's performance today and his 82 runs helped them get those runs before the end of the last over. I really felt that the Indian bowlers were too expensive and it's good to see that atleast SL are good in the T20 format to get 170+ runs. However, their bowlers failed to defend those runs and went for 11+ runs per over. Dhoni came in the end just to finish the game along with Pandya who again batted brilliantly. Sharma needs to again work on his game.

What a run India is having in SL against SL. They have beaten them in all the matches played there and SL supporters will be certainly not happy with their home team not able to beat India in any of matches. Kohli played a magnificent knock along with Hardik who made this chase easy and won by 7 wickets in hand. Kohli got Man of the match for his 82 runs in 54 balls

A very good innings come to an end , Munaweera scored quick half century and put SL in good position . Thisara is a hard hitter and certainly a great finisher but have to see whether he can deliver it today . I am with SL to win this match .
Waiting for the day night match to occur between India and Sri Lanka, the one and only t20 to be held for India's tour of SL.Hope this match gets something better and we get to see final over countdown and not a one sided match where only one team wins.The advantage looks to be for India again as they have been dominating the series but I would bet 45-55 on Sri/India
Match have started and SL is 84/3 in 9 overs. Matthews was unimpressive again and got out at only 7. Munaweera is blazing away with 49 runs in just 25 balls. If he stays for another 5 overs SL will cross 180+ runs and it will be a good chase for India. On other hand India would like to restrain SL within 160. They would like Munaweera to get out quickly and then India can control the rest of game if he gets out quickly.
if tomorrow Bangladesh will be able to bat without giving wicket within the first season then Bangladesh will be able to make a good target for Australia. at least 400 runs would be a good score at the first innings. but Australia will try to all out for Bangladesh below 300.

If today Australia can manage pickup couple of wickets faster than they can easily restrict Bangladesh within 300 runs otherwise home team can go up to 350 runs. I don't think they can each 400 runs unless Australia bowl so badly. Australia will try maximum to level the test series by winning this match and let's see how it goes.

Its cricket so story can change very quickly and now OZ are 9 down for 376 runs. I think if Bangladesh can wind up OZ for around 400 which means they still have 100 runs as a advantage. So Bangladesh will need to make at least 400+ runs so that batting fourth on this ground would not be that easy and 300+ runs to chase will become difficult for OZ.

Australia are in a strong position to take a lead in this test match but that is what I thought in the last test match and the next day they fell into a hole. But I think this time it will be different as Warner is taking his time and with him at the crease Australia should be able to get a lead in this match and maybe even bat the once as they don't really want to be batting on day 5 chasing 150+ runs. Bangladesh need some quick wickets in the 1st session if they have a chance at winning this match. But they can also play for a draw and win the test series so all the pressure is on Australia to win this match as they don't want to lose the series which will be more history for Bangladesh. So it makes for an interesting day and if Australia can bat the whole day and get a 200+ run lead then I think they will go on to win this test match.

well played Aussi, Day 2 ends with Australia trailing by 80 runs, seems like very position right now. Tomorrow very beginning must come back strongly Bangladesh. Really gutsy Test Match Cricket by both teams! Excited to see how it finishes up!
Right now australia are just 108 runs behind with 8 wickets in hand as of writing this. They are dominating this match so far, but it will be interesting to see how Australia respond when a wicket falls. Imo if Australia can put up another 200 for the Last 8 wickets they will have total control over the match. The run rate has been slow which can later cause problems for Australia. From the looks of it, this match will be a pretty close one.
Aus trail by 80 runs after completed of day to play. Warner and Peter are playing well Warner is near to century just 12 runs needed. Before this Bangladesh made a decent score in first innings 305 runs. But it looks like AUS is going to win this match. Tomorrow if they play full day means definatly they will make a big score and it will be tough for Bangladesh. Ya it is true that on first day Australia spinners were very good and got lot of spin so took early wickets but now Bangladesh spinners are not able to spin why dont know but after loosing 2 wicket this partnership is going strong and if Australia make a score above 550+ then they can win the match by innings if they all out Bangladesh in next innings but anything can happen.
