This is an unbelievable performance from SL team. Now in test points table India are at No. 1, but they need to win the next Test to retain that number one ranking. Australia pushed down to No. 3 for this clean wash out and lost 10 points. Sri Lanka at No. 6 having gained 10 points.

Hard luck for Steven Smith, he had never faced a loss as a captain before coming to Srilanka for this series and now he has three in a row Grin

, things will get rough from here on for Steven smith because India series is coming up and more spin to face Cheesy

Another fascinating thing is that ,this win by SriLanks means that Pakistan or India are the only two teams in contention for number 1 test ranking spot

I believe India might become No. 1 if they win in West Indies. If not Pakistan at No. 1 and even their captain Misbah wanted that to happen as they are playing away from home for a long time.

Australia lost this Test match while chasing to win the match, and now Sri Lanka whitewhased 3-0 this series, Sri Lanka won all Series on this tournament season against Australia, it is itself a record. Australia have Not won test in asia for ages. Won only 1 in last 18 test in 8-10yrs.

Srilanka finding a way back in the game. From a strong start from Aussies with 77 on board when they lost the first wicket and now they are slipping at 123 for 6, how long can the Aussies tail enders manage to stay in the crease,if they are planning to defend ,Srilankan spinners will fold them soon, depends upon how long they can stay in the crease, still plenty of overs left in this day. only rain can save the Aussies

Well at the moment Australia seem to be going for the runs and not that often they try and play for draws. They want to win this test match and they are currently well on there way to doing just that. If Smith and Warner can build a 100+ partnership I think Australia will win the game. Smith just needs to bat like he did in the first innings and let Warner be the aggressive one. 246 runs is very possible to get as long as Australia build partnerships and not crumble like they have been doing. Go Aussies!

Much as Warner is capable of dictating the course of play over the remaining sessions,Rangana Herath is the key here, and he need some support from the other end to keep up the pressure. This Australian team will find a way to delay the proceedings.Hope to see some wonderful cricket being played rather than a boring encounter

Now Australia is required another 247 runs to win this match with nine wickets are remaining. In second innings they scored 77 runs for the loss of one wicket. They are playing much better cricket than expected. I thought in the second innings Australia might not even score 200 runs because pitch may turn to support spin bowling. But so for they are excellent and Warner is still playing.

Declaring takes a bold decision from Angelo mathews,i dont think they will risk falling short with not enough runs if someone steps up from the Australian line up,remember Aussies have some aggressive batsman,and in this era of T20 ,a small target might be a possible chance for the Aussie Batsman to play aggressive cricket and take the match away rather than sticking around,i believe Srilanka will try to hang around for atleast 20 overs before ending this innings. Srilanka could very well win this match from this situation

Now SL lead by 322 runs I think this is enough runs to win this match. Yes T20 and Test match are entirely different for any strong team. In T20 they will chase 250 runs in just 20 overs, But in the test cricket full day it is not possible to make 300+ runs. That too on the final day I think it is not at all possible. So better AUS play for Draw. If they play to win this match. They have a chance to lose this game.

This time Sri lanka doesn't seem to have luck as weather condition can be uncertain which can cause of interruption tomorrow what is last day. Australia didn't play up to its standard as we were expecting but can pass all day long by spending time on the pitch. Scotland is also playing wonderfully against UAE by having 2nd consecutive victory in ODI.

Scotland has 2nd stunning victory against United Arab Emirates. It is has played superbly in both matches 1st won by huge margin and now have successful chase of 228 runs with loss of only 3 wickets. Calum MacLeod's century played vital role in this winning. Preston Mommsen played captain's inning as for 80 runs not out finished match in their favor.

Sri Lanka is in very good position and I think 300+ runs will be good target for 5th day, Australia showed very good batting performance in 1st innings, it will be very good decision to declare but very high chance for that Australia will take remaining 2 wickets so quickly in early session there, Sri Lanka has good chance to win this match.
