Yes Sri Lanka players are not experienced and new players are not fit to test matches they are young blood so they need some experience players guidance. They got good bowling line up but batting is very disaster no one performing because of this no single player selected in this season of IPL. Lets see in second test match at least they fight back.

yup this is great victory to England and they take 1-0 lead in this series. Anderson takes 5 wickets in both innings superbly bowled. Sri Lanka showed very poor performance iin second innings also so England won by innings. I think this series is not much interested Because Sri Lanka players are not matured and this will contineu in second match also i think. Let's see

England get succeed to take lead into this test series and now it looking into 2nd test they will play with more positive approach and mind, after early disaster batsmen helped a lot to get safe position and especially bowling performance made this victory memorable for it, Sri Lanka looked totally crap in all department.

What an amazing victory for England it won this 1st test by an innings and 88 runs, from the stat of this test it was looking England will be into trouble because Sri Lankan bowlers got succeed to pick 5 quick wickets but England got recovered, Sri Lanka played very poor in both innings James Anderson picked 10 wickets there and that is wonderful bowling performance.

It is not England played very well but SL is not doing that great in recent history. For a test match 298 runs is not that huge total and SL couldn't even reach this total in two innings that means their batsman are not doing playing up to their potential. It is something very wrong in the basics so they need to fix those basic mistakes. Hope they will soon play like old SL team.

Whenever Asian countries travels overseas it takes time to adjust with the conditions and that is no big deal, even if Sri Lanka loose this match they will come stronger in next match.

In this match if MI win the match then they are in for next round as this is much win game for MI, but i think today gujarat will win as they will also want to be on top of the list.

Gujarat Lions vs Mumbai Indians is seeming bit difficult to predict but still Mumbai Indians looks better because last consecutive wins.Sri Lanka on the other hand will play sensibly this time and will not loose by an innings.I think it will let some small target for England to play in 2nd innings.

Sri Lanka is passing through bad period of its history.It has been seen this year it lost most of the matches in every format of the cricket.This follow on is bad sign and I am afraid to say it will not let some significant lead for England to chase.If this will be case but still plenty of time anyway it will play little more better than last time.

I will say all credit goes to Anderson and Broad for making wonderful bowling spells against Sri Lanka in 1st innings.England is now in a position to have full control over the match.They need to keep delivering should not take this easy.This is what made difference if we say it was bowlers day will not be bad.

Superb bowling from Stuart Broad and James Anderson picks 9 wickets and restrict Sri Lanka only 96 runs now Sri Lanka had follow on and started second innings i think this test match will end tomorrow.
