Are you sure? It seems tough for them to get runs. Votes is all they can get.  Tongue

Bangladesh manage to comprehensively beat Afghanistan this time around.  Smiley

The next battle of the minnows is up today - UAE vs Zimbabwe. Who will be the winner today? Zimbabwe managed to put up a strong show against South Africa.

So the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup is just around the corner.

I would like to know how many cricket fans are here in this forum and how many of you would be traveling to actually be present in one of the venues?

Looks like we have a lot of cricket fans on the forum.
I am new to the sport , but will try and make it to the venue.

The first day offered no surprises.
New Zealand and Australia scored comfortable victories.
They definitely seem favourites to top their group.

Been preoccupied will be maintaining this thread to update the stats after every match. Thanks for poly for posting here.

best laugh in a long time
world cup? you know the world has more than a dozen six countrys
west indies wtf country, a bunch of freeloaders

You heard of the FIFA Soccer world cup right ?
In 2014 32 nations participated in the final rounds it doesnt mean that only 32 nations in the world play Football and that there are only 32 nations in the world. So kindly dont post idiotic comments here man.

There maybe only 14 countries playing the finals this year but there are way more number of countries who actually play and enjoy this sport, maybe you dont but dont express that frustration here.

And before commenting on a country and calling it a freeloading country, first learn how to spell 'countries' properly.

Always amazes me how baseball is so popular in the states while cricket is so popular elsewhere. Kinda like the football vs soccer thing I guess.

Baseball is so damn complicated, its hard to believe that the fat-ericans are actually good at something that is so complicated.

Bitcoin to the moon!
I won't be travelling to Australia or New Zealand, but being a cricket fan I'll be watching most of the matches at home.

I stay in the US and looks like espn3 needs special subscription to be purchased for all matches.
I would appreciate if any of you have an extra stream line for world cup package for espn3 which you could share:

Thanks!
