Quoting RT (Russia Today) under a Canadian domain!  Grin
Is it all that you are able to say? It's so disappointing... Especially when we've seen all of this things in the live video.

About enriching nuclear fuel, obviously if we can do it elsewhere and contaminate to death some foreigner soil, why not?
It seems that you are not so competent in this subject too, which is not surprising.

Enriching is only a little step of this process. It's possible to have a fuel and even own technology while being unable to use it within another environment. And there are some examples of the consequences.

But... the technology to do it is American, not Russian and we can also produce it.
Is it a joke?

Invite a bunch of fellows to play as observers and second the bullshit doesn't count.
Are you claiming that Gysi and others were paid by Putin? Do you have any proof for that? Smiley

Btw, it's obvious that referendum shouldn't be performed in such way... But sometimes there are no options.

and contaminate to death some foreigner soil
Don't follow the greenpeace zombies ever. Nuclear industry is one of the cleanest energy sources.

Any referendum would need a campaign, a free campaign from both sides, public discussion, time for put the observers and prepare the operation.
I guess that 60 years & total collapse of the economy were enough for the campaign. We have enough this shit, thanks. Anyway, I haven't seen any preliminary discussion about a coup in the Kiev... So don't involve such complex issues... Because it's much more awkward position for the current "government".

Soviets are still Soviets!  Grin
Damn Soviets!
I recommend you to review your rhetoric, because it's obvious that you have not enough information to make conclusions. So you can ask your questions in this topic to make our discussion reasonable. If you haven't interested in the reasonable dialogue then you are free to get out and make your business in another place.

USSR was a democracy too, just too bad the opposition was sent in a one-way trip to Siberia before they can cast any vote.
Why are foreigners afraid of Siberia? I live in the Siberia!! It's not scary Cool

Afraid of Siberia?! Siberia has wonderful women and dogs. Just need some sun to become a paradise Grin

"People's will" isn't expressed during an armed invasion at a referendum without supervision and with ballots already filled up.

Three errors in once sentence. Speechless! Highlighted them for you. Now go and do some research, please.

Supervised by the Russian Army?  Tongue
Damn Soviets! Invite a bunch of fellows to play as observers and second the bullshit doesn't count.
Any referendum would need a campaign, a free campaign from both sides, public discussion, time for put the observers and prepare the operation. A referendum within 2 weeks with the Russian army around is a plain load of bullshit. Just a Soviet tactic to make it look like "the people's will".

It's not exactly the Russian Army, but Spetsnaz. Quoting from Jane's:

Russian President Vladimir Putin has consistently denied that what the Ukrainian media widely refers to as the 'little green men' currently controlling key facilities in Crimea are Russian troops, maintaining a pretence that they are instead 'local self-defence groups'.

Further to the CPC report, images passed to IHS Jane's by another source close to the OSCE clearly show many examples of equipment specific to the Russian military - and in some cases Russian special forces (Spetsnaz) - being used by the 'little green men' in Crimea. Among these are: Spetsnaz-style muzzle brakes on Russian AK-100 series assault rifles; VSS (Vintorez) suppressed 9 mm sniper rifles issued primarily to Spetsnaz units for undercover or clandestine operations; Russian RPG-26 anti-tank rocket launchers; Russian NVD 1P93 and USP-1 weapon sights; Russian 6B43 bulletproof vests, 6Sh117 tactical vests and ShBM helmets; and Russian R-168-0,5UME tactical radios.

They are trying to exploit people's ignorance while claiming that Budapest Memorandum guarantees anything. It does not, because it's just a piece of paper.

It's a scrap of paper.

About enriching nuclear fuel, obviously if we can do it elsewhere and contaminate to death some foreigner soil, why not? "Foreigner investment" is a pain, just a 3rd World country like yours (or mine for that matters) wants it. But... the technology to do it is American, not Russian and we can also produce it.

For the notice, I couldn't care less about Crimea. It's just another invaded country with its population replaced with foreigners - the same foreigners that now cast the votes. Democracy... no wonder it failed flat at Ancient Greece! It's so easy to change its outcome, change the voters and get whatever results you want.

USSR was a democracy too, just too bad the opposition was sent in a one-way trip to Siberia before they can cast any vote. USA on the other hand is a pseudo-democracy, the chain of delegation makes sure the base vote won't count much for the final outcome.

EU doesn't depend on Russia to Nuclear Power, we have our own. The only pressure point from Russia is about gas not Uranium or Plutonium. And yes, alternative energies can't provide for industry, but nobody is talking about it.

In that case US/EU broke the memorandum notes before Russia, or is financing, training and unleashing fascist forces to destabilise and overthrow a legitimate government from within considered OK?
They didn't ratified this document, that's why they feel free violating it. Smiley

Refrain from the threat or use of force against Ukraine.
Refrain from using economic pressure on Ukraine in order to influence its politics.

This could be good news for people working around renewable energies.
Ignorance is not surprising, greenpeace and another sectants are performing brainwashing during a significant amount of time. You need to know only a few things:

1) Water and Wind power are introducing the great ecological damage. Just one example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wind_power#Environmental_effects

2) Nuclear energy is the best choice, any "information" from Greenpeace is just a FUD.

3) The highest amount of energy is being consumed by industry. People's share is sometimes even lower than 10%.

4) There are no alternative energy sources which would be able to provide amounts of energy required for industrial purposes.

It's almost impossible to get enough energy required for aluminium or titanium industries from renewable energy sources. Only nuclear energy will be able to provide it.

By the way, one of the most powerful Solar Energy Stations is located in Crimea.

With EU soon to isolate Russia again (hope Russians still remember how good life was back on late 80's at USSR, if not they will taste it again) the need for replacements of Russian gas will make EU to move towards alternative power sources.

Any treaty, memorandum or legislation does not apply until it has been ratified by all sides of deal. Neither Ukrainian nor Russian side have not been ratified this document. The USA and UK didn't ratified this memorandum too.
