I had the problem too accessing the faucet. The site loads fine for me, but the faucet button does not add anything to my balance. Nothing happens on clicking it.

There are versions without the backdoors , but I believe backdoors are only a drawback for the site owners. Its best to not try out these sites which haven't been here over a long time. Atleast the site has made some efforts with changing the theme of it(which is essentially what other sites like bitdice have also done)
The faucets are definitely very attractive for people who play with them
