No price drop! we all hope that the price will only grow! That's why we are here, success is inevitable))

Sure, But even the best coins have a price drop after listing due to usually the massive amount of free tokens given for promotion that those people immediatly sell after listing. After that the price stays steady at a low range and will Spike after that. I believe they are Doing the right thing to still offer an incentive to promote their coin but still manage to protect it from this marketmovement.

This is a nice feature. I will maybe use it, but i don't know if my friends will invest in CROM. They are rather busy investing in existing coins, but i always know that ICO'S can also have a good potential if it has a good project. So far I am impressed with CROM.

I do this also, because i wouldn't invest in a ICO where is no support available. I think that no one will invest when there is no support. Definitely, a good support shows that you are not alone. Tells you that there are other into it before you so that kind of boost your confidence and encourages you to go ahead. It’s great to have a team that are so active, if you go on to their the Telegram group you will see the official team members getting involved in the conversation all the time which is always great if you have a question and you need it answered urgently too!. A lot of ICO projects that I have been involved in before hire random people to monitor and post on their telegrams for them. This can lead to all kinds of confusion. I know I’ve gone on about this before but I really like their posts on twitter they’re good quality and they’re engaging!

On the first view im with you. But dont forget, there are big Investors, maybe popular YouTubers, or owner of Twitter accounts with many many followers. Those people getting much more. This programm animates the Investors to make bigger Investments and entice popular people to join the campain.

But maybe there should be a second campain for smaller Investments when the Ico starts

Send it to your friends, post it on facebook/twitter, theres loads of ways that you can get people to click your link. You could even write an article on medium/your blog (if you have one). You can make a youtube video and put your link on that and talk about your project. Even go on to other bitcointalk threads and post it on there if you're allowed to! You will get paid if the person that clicks on your link then goes and purchases some CROM. The affiliate link will work better after the main sale has opened because it will be more affordable for your every day crypto investor!
