I’ve been to Macau a few times and boy that was some experience I’m sure I don’t want to miss. I don’t know but I find it comforting that some other people are losing way more money than I do and I could feed on their frustrations to make myself better even though I just lost a couple grand on the blackjack tables. Some people might find a crowded gambling house uncomfortable but I enjoyed it, since it helped me feel good even though I’m about to crap myself from losing a lot.

(Not my picture, I was not able to take my own picture.)

My first time to travel abroad and my destination was in Macau, a great city to gamble.  Cheesy
Well, my first impression is that, they have the best architecture and great casinos, the "Studio City, Grand Lisboa, Parisian and the Venetian" to name a few was a great place to have fun and relax.
But honestly, I was shock seeing a crowded casinos which literally make me think to play or not considering I go there during weekdays at the morning.
Venetian is the most crowded casinos I've ever been, maybe because of their tourist spot and shopping store but the crowd is same on the inside of the casino.

I don't have much time to gamble, and I'm thinking if those gamblers is really there to have fun or to earn money after all?
I can't just imagine to have fun at the huge crowd, and so many people around you at the poker table.
Is it worth to play? or the crowd and the noise around you will just add to your stress?
Will you play on a crowded casinos? or just play online?
(VIP's might have the separate room and a more solemn room, I don't know but let's talk about the general here. Smiley )

For me,  it depends on the situation. The reason is I play in the casinos, and I think much crowded than that, but I'm with my friends we are nine people in the single table, so we don't get bored to other ppl because we are enjoying our own. The other reason what if you are fortunate at that moment and having a considerable profit, do you still quit? But then again, it always depends on the person and situation that you are in, mainly if you don't like crowded ppl, can't focus, and also a fun/gamer of online gambling because the environment is very different. Well if you aren't careful enough with your assets or belongings then surely you will lose it from thieves, with this very crowded it is not impossible that thieves or probably tricksters are present and with all the crowd it is very hard to spot them because they can blend in pretty well. In my experience, I find crowded casinos very stressful and I can't really focus on what i'm doing because I have to think about something else, thus, I will not play in casinos that are too crowded.

Maybe you can use VIP room to gamble because, in that room, you will not hear the crowded in out there. You can focus on gambling in any game, and that will give you a comfortable situation. I admitted that to gamble in the crowded casinos is too stressful, although I don't have those experiences. I have that experience to see crowded people in the mall, in the station or the local market. I can feel the same as you and I cannot imagine if I were in crowded places.
But if he can afford the VIP room in which very expensive, and about the thieves they are always around but they mostly active in this kind of crowded places,so better not to bring things instead bring only your money in pocket to keep safe since it’s closest to your body

We have both hate crowded places so I would rather go home and play in online than with this lots of people around me

I think in this case it's better to play online. Sitting in your room, wearing whatever you want, drinking tea or juice(I wouldn't recommend to consume alcoholic drinks while gambling) which is costing you 10 times less than the tip you give to someone who brings you a free drink in that VIP room, would be much more convenient for those who feel stressed in crowded places.

There are two kinds of gamblers: those who enjoy being surrounded by many people and those who prefer to play alone. In the past VIP rooms were intended for the latter, and today it's online gambling sites.

I will follow @Betwrong advice because play online gambling will have another excitement for gamblers. They don't have to feel crowded in that place, and they can do whatever they want. But if we are in the real casino, and we have money, of course, using a VIP room will be necessary because we don't want to see a crowded casino, and we want to enjoy the game.

I think the era has changed, and now with many online gambling sites available and we can choose one or more gambling sites, we can avoid the crowded casino, which we have seen in the traditional gambling place.

I can think of one situation where a crowded casino would be very good and thats the slot machines.    If you know a game well and can estimate the timing to the best payouts then you would also know a machine has a set payout rhythm to it in order to stay profitable.    They arent completely random but after receiving alot of cash from alot of players, the odds of a better payout occuring becomes more likely.
If somehow you can lurk or observe a machine and its players with their various success then you can improve your odds on your own play and also the payout amounts.   Its well worth doing this over just blindly playing any machine at all.  I've seen people employ this strategy successful when gambling to improve their pay out percentages.
Another game that benefits from having many people in the casino is poker, poker despite its random nature is still a game of skill and you need less skilled players to make money at the tables, if the casino is empty then the chances that you can make money at the table are low since most likely the few players there are good but when the casino is full the chances of most players being not very good goes up and this in return makes your chances to profit from it even greater.
I really do not think that poker is very random and it is one of the most cherished games among skilled gamblers. Though the cards that one will have depends on luck but using them in the right way is where poker masters bring twist. If the house is full, then indeed there are inexperienced and new gamblers who are easy defeat. Regardless of the fun, poker still is gambling and can bring harm to one’s money.

Well it's not that easy getting vip access in casinos as well. You'd probably need to be a high roller for you have that priviledge. It's best to just stay home if you're not too sure about going to an actual casino especially if the location is somewhere that you're not comfortable at. And there would usually be reviews online so it wouldn't hurt to check the security history of the casino you'll be going to.

You bring an important point, when a casino is mostly empty the risk of being subject to theft is very low since people have a tendency to keep a very large distance between each other, but when the casino is crowded this is not an option, you are going to have people very close to you and when that happens then you need to take care of your chips because if you get distracted you could easily lose some of them without realizing it.

Casino are not crowded always. You may find more gamblers in casino during the weekends or most probably during Christmas and New Year, when everyone is in a party mood and they rush to the casino and other entertainment places. If you are too worried about the crowded places, you can avoid going to casino at those times of the year.
I am not really worried about crowded casinos but we must admit the possibility that you may lose some of your money to thieves in a crowded casino is higher than when it is empty, in fact despite those risks I like a crowded casino since you can feel the energy of the people and you could always find someone to have a nice conversation, it always surprises me the diverse backgrounds of those that gamble, there are many successful professionals that do it to get rid of some of their stress while others are professional gamblers and others are naive enough to think they can earn money in gambling with their luck.

Well if you aren't careful enough with your assets or belongings then surely you will lose it from thieves, with this very crowded it is not impossible that thieves or probably tricksters are present and with all the crowd it is very hard to spot them because they can blend in pretty well. If you're a kind of gambler who dont mind the people around you then this would not be a problem, but if you're someone who can easily distract and not comfortable in crowded casino then you cant focus.

Well for me I used to gamble online wherein no one can distract me so I prefer to play in a quiet place. If ever I play in casino I will choose the one that is not crowded so I that I can focus.

and more importantly im not the type of person who can go in a reall casino, i dont have too much money to play unlike other players in casino they have a luxurious life and auro and vibes.
Well this is the main reason why you don’t wanted to play in that casino and not the feeling  of being disturbed?
That’s an obvious answer mate because people like you who don’t usually have a chance to play in casino will surely grab the opportunity even with that crowded room.

So because im just a normal person i prefer playing online and besides i think i feel being in the real casino because of great gaming expereince in a casino site and also i'm preventing myself from getting addicted so i just stick to playing online.

Poker increases the chances of winning when the table is full. Another thing it helps with the ease of calculation and noting of which all cards have fallen and which were in the hands. Here different users practice different skills of their own to keep track of the card and release at the right time. It is really a tough game if we haven't much used to it, also here we can't say luck gave the winning.

Exactly! We are in the same pinch! Me too don't like real casinos as they provide nothing but distractions. Although sometimes they may provide free alcohol but that's harmful while betting Cheesy it's best to stay away from those places. Online is so comforting and as as introvert, I love the feel to be alone in the game!

Well if that is the case i much prefer playing online like you said maybe loud noise around you created by the crowded people casino may contribute to your stress or worse you cant focus and just got irritated and continously lose in games, well in playing online while relaxing you are also playing comfortably so go with the online if you think playing in crowded casino is not worthy.

Certainly depends on an individual for going for crowded casinos or not. A disciplined player might be able to handle to the excitement of the such casinos, the noise , the music, the chit chatters whereas a amateur might succumb to the situation , get anxious if losing and might make not soo vice decisions. More crowd certainly means various kinds of tables, opportunity for multi level buy ins and also chance to learn plays from others.

At times if you see out of the above crowd not 50% would be indulge in gambling. Either they have come with somebody and want to just enjoy or have already played and lost money and just want to see or may be occasionally they may play.  But yes not many could be comfortable in such crowd or can concentrate to play.

It doesn't matter if it is crowded or not I would surely play some if I want to, but the picture of OP is way too crowded, I mean there's no space for the gamblers to even move to the next table. I'd like to breathe some air if I'm in total despair because of losing too much so I think too much crowd wouldn't give any help at all.
That is totally crowded place,  do you think you can focused in playing if you play like to that picture? i think no, but lessen people for sure you can play.  But I believe depende on the player on how they handle what in the environment if it's crowded fhey can still play but people wamts to have relax place to think what strategy they use in playing gambling.

I hate playing at a crowded casino with 1001+ distractions, and where I have to push in between gamblers to place a bet on the Roulette table. I don't mind being there if I'm not playing and am just walking around observing the games. Crowded casinos are also a safety hazard because it's hard to tell if someone is watching you and might follow you and rob you in the car park afterwards.

While I hate playing in a crowded casino too the fact is that you may be able to win.I mean if a lot of people are playing at a certain slot and they all end up with losing a lot of money if you play right after them chances are that the machine will give back some money and you may be a lucky winner. This theory is not proved though and is just a gamble itself.

If some one wants to enjoy the game and require the peace, then this is not the place where they could enjoy it. And someone just want to make money and if they consider it as a lucky then crowd will not matter much to them till the time they can make money.

Or at least they can afford the VIP room so the privacy will be for them ,we all have prerogatives in life and if we don’t want to be in this place then better find another one

The casino cannot stop people from coming as so we can’t force casino to stop players to play just to give us privacy

Or if we really want to be private and peace?the play online lol
If gambler do really love to play on a casino but on a silent or not too crowded ambiance then he would definitely choose up vip rooms
but majority would really love to play in front of many crowd.

If a certain gambler doesn't really love to play on crowded place then he wont consider on playing into a casino in the first place.
