I think the crypto hype is yet over, if you have a chance to look back 2 years ago, crypto hype is growing. Although you will ntoice that there are weeks or months that are not moving or just gradually falling but it is just a normal behavior in every market because not all the time the market is good, their are ups and down but it is a sign of a healthy market.
Can't say its too early to say as big projects are entering in. I think we need to wait for crypto hype. 2018 will be good year for all crypto ut first scam coins need be removed from market. else new cash will not come in market
We are in a consilidation phase,that is why it is good to stick with the altcoisn because the only altcoins grows is when bitcoin's price has been stabilized,market goes sideways or there not much big movements so it is not the end because the market is just sleeping it is the time for the altcoins to grow bigger,more massive than ever before.
Cryptocurrency is very volatile, you can't predict what would happen next. After the pump and dump, the stable situation has been prevailing in the market for some time. I think that this situation would continue for the next few months then the bubble start again.
Crypto market is pretty stable right now, we've seen a major correction recently. April to mid year gonna be great again and we might see a bullish trend.

yes you are right now the market is not too excited and I think you should wait for the time when the price will go back up again and of course this takes a very long time can not be instantaneous.
The market may not be exciting, but after all, the price will not grow all the time. Sometimes need a correction or consolidation of the market before the next bounce.

Bitcoin crashed to $6K and I see it is recovering, 11500$ is great increase I am not sure how you don't see this. Altcoins will follow but it takes time to recover from such crash, fast recovering can lead to another crash so everything is just fine. Just relax and don't worry too much
There was a big leap increase of popularity in a crypto sphere in a summer 2017. But the market will fed up someday and the most of coins will in a trash. What is happening now is just market volatility.
My portfolio diminished like 80% in the last three months of this bear run and it's still going down day by day. I am invested in a few good projects and will see in the next three to six months if their roadmaps are working,. I will hold on to them. I will see and assess in the late spring on what to do next. I missed the last bull run and could have semi-retired now or renovated my home and do some repairs, but now things aren't that great in my altcoin bags situation sigh.

You chose the wrong months.
If you buy and HODL and the projects/coins are strong, you have nothing to worry about, January and February are the slowest months and the recovery after the bloodbath is slow. Keep watching, since if you will not be careful enough, you may cry in a few months that you were missing some train.
If you day trade, you'll have to learn how to get profit even in the days the market looks bad or slow, else the job's not for you.
It is very likely that this is indeed so. Because the price of bitcoin today has a fairly stable performance. And this can mean only that people with large deposits can not enter into the crypto-currencies, it's all about regulators that bring only pain
The stagnant price of bitcoin could also be due to selected altcoins (especially the other top-10 coins) getting more attention by investors, as more ppl are starting to become more aware that it isn't just about Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Here comes again the FUD. Common people,instead of wasting our time on underestimating the ability of crypto,why dont we spend it by encouraging investors and motivating each other? The market will surely be back,no worries.
you dont have to worry anything, a piece of advice dont compare the past year hype in this recent year, because it all depends on community support, but as we expect in the mid year of this year it will start to pump up and we have to ready ourselves and wait for our success.

Are you sure the market is not increasing after that crash?Few weeks before the price of bitcoin falls below $6K but nkw it reached $12K so the market almost recovering at a very food rate.And the recovery is happening faster than expected so if you buy more crypto when it available for cheaper.
Yes, judging by the informational background, the hype around the crypto currency has subsided, we are waiting for the correction of the exchange rate

That kind of comment's make me laugh, people in 2-3 month make their minds up, that for some reason market should always grow and they should become rich very quickly! The market is consolidating, it takes some market's to up to 10 years for them, to develop and get rocket hype. I mean look at the gold, we all are being told that gold is the safest heaven investment, but since 2011 so it's going to be 7th year it's in the bearish trend and it doesn't stop people, into investing in it. Ask yourself why? You are not in casino, you have to be patient for your profit and wait for your investment to develop. it is decentralized and sometimes feel like about lucky or not , for an instant / quick cash everybody will suggest to go for HYIP or just stay on crypto.
