Nice! I remember Lisk was DDoS when the coin was about to be on the exchange, not allowing the investors to send their Lisk to an exchange to dump.

Dividents will be distributed via blockchain. Every wallet keeping more than 0.5% of total supply will get a share.
Penny Auction Basics
