I think that there are many situations in real life that need just as much research and caution as crypto and people still don't know how to handle them (buying a house, credit, debt) so I don't think it's going to help, honestly. Maybe the lack of regulation makes people generally more cautious but not necessarily smarter.
Every generation is becoming smarter so they will have to force their brain to understand how this things work if they will want to live normaly in future.
Nice thiniking, for me that could make people think different, i mean people will need to learn again how "new" money works and how to use it so maybe some of them will be more educated in new technology.
I don't even know what to say. Hear for the first time that crypto is able to make people smarter... are you serious? I agree only with the following thing. There has been now enough space for people to learn what unknown for them. And sure, in the process of studying to survive in this cryptomarket you become more attentive, rational and quick-witted. In the end you gain only experience, not brains.
I guess that people hear about the crypto in the first time will make them curious and want to know more about the crypto and they will learn about the crypto itself so they can follow what people did to make money. I think with learning and spend a time to know the crypto, it will make them smart than other people which don't know anything about the crypto so the crypto will help them to understand what exactly the crypto and how people can get the benefits from the crypto.

I reflect on the fact that lack of regulation in the field of crypto currency, gives wide opportunities for scam projects. And it will not be possible to regulate the cryptocurrency, no matter how much the goverments want to do it. In the fact that in the world of crypto, lots of scammers and they remain unpunished, I see one big plus.

I would like to think so, but so far the new technology is usually making the next generation not smarter, but the opposite.
Well as they say experience is the best teacher at all times, so when you trade altcoin everyday you will learn a lot of things and tips, like what to do on this kind of situation, this situation will make you lose if you sell and so on..If you buy so soon you will not gain something and some a like situations.
I could have agree on this one. Crypto makes people smarter, Crypto could change everyone lifestyle. I really want to stay in this kind of industry the old system is full of sh*t and a lot of people getting poorer, Rich people do some research and it makes them smarter.
The most important for me is that cryptocurrency makes people independent, and for being independent you should be smart, you need to make important decisions by your own, conduct researches, analyze everything, be able to admit mistaces and cope with its consequences.
Yes I think that being smart was just a key to have good results of our finances in life, so crypto is our ways to do it. Having the independent income in crypto made us very smart compared of those earning hard cash like fiat through physical jobs that commonly people are doing to earn money for living.
I may be wrong, but it seems to me that most of the ponzi schemes were regulated and even licensed organizations. Regulated scam disarms people and they just can not resist, because we think that the goverment license can protect us.

I do not know if crypto will make people smarter but more careful towards scammer for sure. You are right, people will be forced to learn about crypto before investing to avoid any scam or losing their money but that is one of the facts that crypto is facing to reach mainstream and it is the fact that people have to learn about crypto and spend time to understand about crypto, and most people are not up for that. Moreover, people need to be open minded, open to new ideas; unfortunately most people do not have interest for that.

As if now crypto currency making fool newbies lots of new investors are going into trap . Most of the coins out there not utilising their own coin . Most of the coins in 2017 failed horribly . I think proper regulation required for cryptocurrency to accepted widely . Till that it won’t make people smarter.
Smart is relative. all the smart people in their fields, respectively. If the crypto indeed should be prosecuted at least insightful and has the study of crypto. It is certainly to anticipate all sorts of things happening in the crypto that is filled with uncertainty. many who enter the crypto with capital want to join just to profit but instead, he was not able to survive. Indeed in that insight needs to be crypto. so look for science while working.
You are right, crypto does require that we should be able to be smarter and independent. Regulation is not a real solution to stop scammers, I'm sure in the future everyone will be smarter and very meticulous in investing, all projects will also compete to be the best.

Yes, you are right. Although, it is being regulated in some few countries, despite that, it calls for more insight. You be involved in crypto, even if scam is being controlled or eradicated, there are some other areas that involve thorough and dip thinking, else you might see yourself loosing some of your investments, if not all. Some have through their negligence or ignorance lost theirs.
I agree with you that crypto will make people more smarter and patient because alot is involved in crypto. In crypto, you need to be mentally alert of everything going on around your coin and how best to handle the situation, you need to be very calculative especially when it comes to matter of exchange or trading and you need to be very careful of how you disclose your information. You also need to be careful and patient when selecting coins to buy or projects to invest in.
