Just like what its called "proof of funds", it is to prove that the site/owner has the funds to pay winners. As I know, it is not a must for a gambling site to prove it unless the site offers a public investment (correct me if I'm wrong). By the way, I do not think this site needs to eign a message of the bankroll as I believe it is not big enough since the max bet in this site is still low.
This will be their potential problem in case someone wins big. They need to prepare for that scenario. Because if that winner will not get his money as soon as he decided to withdraw, that would create panic from its players if that player will disclose his situation. So this casino should have back up in place, where to get their funds, in case this kind of situation arises.
Apart from the proof of funds issue what I don't quite like of your casino is the name.

Proof of funds is a way to prove that you own the funds for payment, it is usually being done by signing a message of your wallet address where you hold the funds.
Not all casinos funds are from deposits, I can even say that it is not a reliable casinos if the funds are from the deposit only.
Good casinos has their own bankroll, they do not rely on player's deposit to process withdrawal.
When you say like this, means that you do not have your own funds to pay withdrawal? How if the amount of requested withdrawal on your site is bigger than the amount of deposit you get from your players?
Looks like you do not understand the "Proof of funds" concept. You are saying a casino only gets funds from deposits and that is not true. All casinos have a initial Bankroll to start with that shows gamblers that they have funds to honor payments, if people win money.
This is important in the early stages, because a lot of scam sites start out and when someone wins big, they give excuses for not paying or not allowing the withdrawals, because they do not have the funds to honor those commitments.
Stop ignoring the question and give a signed messages showing that you have the funds to honor payouts.

Reserves are very variable: one day can be 10K and the next day only 1K. it all depends on the deposits and the withdrawals.
