Haven't receive anything YET. From the past pages, I can concur that this guys here are legit, and the negative feed backs, I think, is unfair to them. However, I can only guess.

It's $100USD for everyone, since you don't withdraw it all at the same time. Thus, the balance fails to matter. Mine never goes down - because it doesn't matter.
Anyway, I like how it's in USD. If Bitcoin goes down, we still get paid the amount that's equal to USD.
