From what I understand about the payout for Jr. Members...we have to make 2 posts daily in the main thread...so are those 2 daily posts in the main thread counted towards the 20 post count weekly or we have to do the 20 posts separately as well? Cause if that is the case then the total post count weekly would be 34 for Jr. Members. Could you please help me out with this..so I know how many total posts per week I have to make?

Some people believe the site is a scam and will eventually stop paying out. It's more of a warning than an accusation.

The 3% interest does not apply to an admin made deposit. The total interest earned throughout 1 month will equal to 0.16BTC as stated in the OP, which is the USD equivalent of 0.0053BTC daily (totaling to 0.16 in 1 month)
it's still a sizable profit, I jr.member only a few% a day $ 0.51
but I am still happy to be able to income
