I am trying to withdraw my coins but I am not getting the confirmation emails? Also, it's not letting me request more than one withdraw, I requested a BTC withdraw and tried to request a LTC withdraw, system said I already have a withdraw pending and showed my BTC withdraw pending, what's up with that? If I have to wait hours for the emails and can only request one withdraw at a time, it'll take a week to get all my coins.

No, emails come within a minute. Check junkbox or the email attached with your account. Once you have confirmed you can start a new withdrawal. If one does not work because of the hot wallet being empty you can cancel it and then try another coin.
All my major coins withdrawed successfully.

Still not received the emails, First thing I checked was junk/spam, and emails address is correct. Not had this issue before. Going to cancel and resend, see if that triggers something.

Ok now. Cancel and requested again then started getting the emails, guess their system had a hiccup...lol
Only thing now is that I can not withdraw my LTC because it's too low Sad

Yea sorry to see you guys go. I'm pretty sure all will be able to withdraw soon. Cryptex was good for the traders, just have some patience.

"BTC and LTC wallets should be online back tomorrow (sunday)"

from: https://cryptex.biz/post/cryptex-closed-2

They even are mining coins to move blockchains with little or no hashpower to help withdraw!

Btw, will the casino also close or remain open?

Thanks for the time we could make trades and goodluck with other ventures.

we were all sad for it!
it's a shame to close Cry

good luck in your new projects!

Hi, sorry to hear you are closing.
It's an incredibly competitive market and requires a huge investment just for security let alone promotion.
I'm sure you will be able to go on and be a successful trader based on your experience there.

Could you please transfer back the 5 million? or so MonetaryUnit so we can continue to distribute the coins.
Wallet address is 7JywkXZQerNydh8Lws6tW9BMXkQrShgNGf
Many thanks
I wish you the best for the future

Novacoin market is closed, please withdraw your NVC

NVC is a popular coin and on many exchanges, but just not popular on Cryptex  Grin

Pls add a page where you can read about delisting of coins so that traders don't be surprised to find their coins removed.
Or you can communicate through Twitter and this thread. Just found out you are going to delist NVC but nowhere any announcement. Transparancy is important.

Will do. and, email anyone with coins remaining

Hi, we'd love to add support for Cryptex accounts to CryptFolio: https://cryptfolio.com

Would it be possible to add a safe, read-only API for users to retrieve their current balances?

Looks like their name is resolving now.  Ashame there were no status updates regarding the lengthy downtime.

Good point. Next time ill come here with an update, sorry about that.

Also post on your Twitter. You don't want people worrying that they might lose coins.
