I contacted the support of Cryptiply and asked for a refund since my Bitbay did not get in the 'all investment' list.
The support helped me out and refunded my Bitbay. They refunded more cash than I had invested.
I am sorry I 'panicked' and thought I was scammed. Always remember; Do not invest more than you can lose.

This seems too sketchy. Curious if they payout.. I'm going to monitor the address which already invested.

we are helping over 20 customers at a time and you did not even give us 30 minutes to solve your issue. on top of that, you constantly accused us of being a scam while we were trying to solve your issue.
