The main idea of this article is that you should not listen to YouTube bloggers with a large number of subscribers. When information is spread among so many people, it means the hamsters are being driven into a trap. Millions of users who subscribe to YouTube bloggers do not earn money in this market. But there are plenty of idiots in this market for another 100 years to come.

Influencers everywhere utilizes their title, because they have great influences on their followers and these adorers will do anything that their idol tells them without thinking about repercussions. People that are ignorant always follows what blogger that they follow tells them, it's ok to listen to a renowned influencer like Paul Logan, but they should carry out a proper research before they buy into whatever this influencers tells them on YouTube. This is to avoid unnecessary lawsuits that at the end of the day, the influencer lawyers will proof their clients disclaimers.

I don't think that we'll be able to make him pay. he's got a huge audience that doesn't know about that or doesn't care. And I'm pretty sure he'll be able to not get caught with that.

The only people care about that NFT refund is those who got affected by the downside of the NFT price. I am not saying that he should not do the buy back initiative because he must have promised his audience about this and they have the full right to take legal action if he doesn't want to compromise his promises. But NFT investors should also keep in mind when investing in a project is that a influential person is behind a project that doesn't mean it can only generate profits.

There are so many things we can learn here and I am happy that if he did not buy back his NFT from people who bought it long ago, it might ended in court and that is what he would have to avoid to prevent unnecessary drama. NFT do quickly depreciate with time and many NFT project I have worked for are not even in market till now. The non tangible market quickly lose it value with time and most time it does not take too long. We need to be very careful when buying non tangible tokens.

But why should anyone care about what an influencer has to say about a particular topic? They add nothing to the conversation except awareness, and that is even debatable since if the topic was controversial enough then people already knew about the topic anyway, and once you understand this it is not surprising that people instead of listening to money managers and other experts are now listening to anyone that is popular on youtube and they are taking dumb decisions because of it.

He is more unique in this case because most of the influencers advertise scams by getting paid but he created his own to make money but it didn't go well as planned and also he is at risk of getting sued which is why he doesn't want to take the risks and try to end everything outside of court.

Evolution led us to do everything on our own but people start doing without knowing everything leads to the problems.

The stupid people are so stubborn about this point, if someone famous tells something then the people will just nod their heads no matter what they say.
Expertise has been replaced with popularity in the minds of many people, just take a look at any debate or controversy, and the ones you will hear the most about are not the experts on those fields but celebrities and influencers which are vocal about it.

That is what he is obviously trying to do. Those that are done with this shit will no care agree and take the away money so they will no longer have any involved with his nft. Looks like a smart idea to just go away with the money but those that are pissed off with him and this project will definitely continue and won't care about the money, he is going to pay with. As long as the suing continues, that is what they are up to for the jutice to what he has done to them.

There are always newbies to prey for, even if million years were to pass. Also, I this feel attitude must cease, cause everyone was newbie once, and they fell into such traps or had temptations.

He was all into the hype and spoke more than what he should have. It doesn't mean he would have lost  the lawsuit but it's a win win for both the parties to settle it outside of the court as it could have taken than more than what they have said now. And more so for Logan Paul for his face save.
It's also a moral for all the youtubers and viewers that they should be careful about financial advice and promotions.
It may look like a win-win situation but literally, he thinks that he fooled everyone despite doing such scam and still the con artist will go free as he did nothing bad, and who knows what his future plans are for these fools?

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
It seems that some people are starting to smell the excitement of the market and are starting to return to manipulation. I don't know this character, but some alleged social media influencers organize calls for products in the crypto space Smiley to attract capital, ensuring that such a move is a scam, the promises and hypes supposed potential trends in this space. If we could understand some of the ways low-quality projects and people who pretend to be market research experts work, many people would never pay attention and sometimes just see those people as clowns in space.

Anyway, the market is starting to make notable moves. I'm not sure everything will happen quickly, but according to speculation, by the end of this year 2024, we will have a lot less doubt. And also sincerely be wary of evil people who take advantage of ignorance to arouse the greed of newcomers.

He is trying to spend $2.3 million to get the sold NFTs for the original price but whoever is accepting the deal has to waive off their rights to the claim against him in the future and for me its really an escape strategy orchestrated by him to get away with what he have done and pay just a small chunk than what he will pay in the penalty if he sued.

Logan Paul to ‘buy back’ CryptoZoo NFTs a year after promising refunds

The program would give NFT holders 0.1 ETH for each eligible NFT, but they would also need to waive any current or future claims against Paul.

YouTuber and social media influencer Logan Paul is set to refund certain disgruntled investors of his once ambitious CryptoZoo nonfungible token (NFT) game — a year after he promised NFT buyers recourse.

Logan said the “buy back” program will be funded by $2.3 million he is personally committing and will involve buying back Base Eggs and Base Animals at the original purchase price “for every person who intended to play CryptoZoo.”
