I believe that we will not affect this. Because it is not a question of our level. We can only pinch ourselves and our wallet. As for me, this needs to be easier. This is a normal situation on the Internet.
I don't there's any we can do now to bring most of tbose scammers to book because there's no comprehensive laws that could monitor everyone actions and inactions in the industry. The only thing individual can do is to learn to protect himself in order not to be a victim of bad actors.
Honestly, I don't think we can do much about this other then put pressure on exchanges and online wallets to upragde their security levels. Hackers are everywhere and you gotta be sure they are not getting away easy because they know they have the advantage since they are the ones who are stealing from exchanges because of their bad security.
The truth is that online wallets and exchanges already have all the incentives to implement the best security they can since not doing so will lead them to getting hacked frequently and eventually they will lose the trust of cryptocurrency holders, so trying to pressure them to improve their security will not work, if you really want to secure your coins you have no other option but to secure your coins yourself, without a doubt this is hard but the consequences of not doing it are so bad that we do not really have a choice.
nowadays, some bounty program changing allocation rewards right after the program finished, i think thats a crypto crime too right, they want to get free promotions from hunters help.

That binance hacked incident really wake me up though. No exchange that really safe from hacker, always be careful about your money on exchanges site and always be careful in this online world especially cryptocurrency. So many hackers and bad people in crypto world, so be careful folks.

Hacking and theft has been in existence for quite a very lomg time. Bank has been hacked time without number these is not pertaining to cryptocurrency only, i don't think can be eradicated but reduce to minimal.
I think such crimes have become commonplace. it's just that every incident will definitely cause a reaction. well, theft, hacking, fraud, have become things that have always existed. learn what has happened in the past, and do it carefully. it is done so that we avoid fraud.

What i am saying invariably is if those exchanges can be fully registered with the government and every necessary document submitted in order to curtail any future occurrence of theft, the better.
Then all projects should also be under a regulatory body to avoid scam.

There are DEX's platform but none of them are truly decentralized. What we need now is strong enforcement against Scam Tactics of Exchange platforms. Exchange Industry should be highly regulated and properly insured. So in case of hack all users are somewhat secured on their deposit and holdings.

Regulations should be improved to make security even more restrictive. Security should be improved to protect investors. These investors are the ones who invest so your project can thrive. If such would be many people are harmed. Always be vigilant and more cautious about investing.
