One revealed scam produces 5 new scams, of course that nobody can do anything about that. What we can do is to protect ourselves as we know, education and learning can help in that, other than that we can sound an alarm in scam accusation section and to hope that others will see it.
One huge problem about scams and accusing services and projects to be a scam is that sometimes some good projects get targeted by the scammers. I am not sure is there one coin or one service that hasn't been accused of scam at some point, we still have people who speak about bitcoin as a scam, what to say more?! So be careful about projects that are tagged, but in the end do your research, it's not a scam just because some people yelling it is.

What matter is the scam exchange and project nowadays, we can avoid that if we have knowledge that if we use it correctly then it can be a power. Scammers are so smart that they can attract many investors, if we really want to increase our money through investing then we should know what kind of investing that we are doing. It is no good to place our money in something that we do not have enough informatiob about it.

The only way we need is to learn more from what they can do and also if you are prepared and aware from that they could find hard from scamming people and it can cause that they reduced or they find something else but not in crypto if they didn't get any victim.

Let's not invest in ICOs / IEOs who aren't sure if it's legit. Especially projects that are not transparent because this is a scam for sure. Just also report this immediately in the scam accusation thread here at bitcointalk so that newbies and other investors can gain immediate awareness.

if we talk about hacked accounts, stuck on a scam project, then it's not just for beginners because most of the victims of investment and even the hacked exchanges have all been good at keeping their assets and themselves safe. so nothing is safe in this circle and all of that is a risk we should be aware of

I think as long as crypto is more and more, and also has a high value, of course testing cannot be prevented, but I think it can be avoided. for example facing project fraud maybe we should learn to more "due diligence" projects more actively and I am sure this will be useful.

As long as there are no regulations in all countries regarding cryptocurrency, it is difficult to stem crime in the cryptocurrency market. The perpetrators are difficult to be snared because it is difficult to report and in my opinion there should be an authority that oversees the sale of tokens or about projects being carried out by the developer team so that investors feel they are not deceived

the system is decentralized but the fact that we are still using decentralized exchange, the power of the government to regulate will be effected.
Those scammer are smart, they are also penetrating in country where lack of regulations for crypto, hopefully these countries will also adopt, followed a standard regulations employed by big countries.

it can if you choose trully decentralized one. You can keep your money in decentralized wallet
Make sure your private key is safe. It is very important. Not your PK not your money

I dont wonder if there will be CEX going scam. Most of them will be, just matter of time
So, if you have money in CEX, always check. If there is unusual activity, get out from that shit!!

That was too hard to remove all kind of scam and theft because they want easy money. All we can do is to being aware from our money especially from investment that we going to take.
