Quite a short term, but the development process is stable and promising! Hope in future there'll be more trading pairs!

How to deal with low liquidity? 
Lots of exchanges use trading robots for increased liquidity, hopefully, bitexbook is not in their list
Yes, we know that many exchanges use trading robots for increased liquidity. We do not do it.
I heard that more than 90% of volumes on big exchanges are not real(
Well, we cannot make any comments on your statement. But for sure everyone shoud pay high attantion to the reputation of the exchange and reviews of other users.

How many trading pairs does the exchange have already?
Currently the exchange has 17 pairs, and we are going to add 3-5 currency pairs of new and promising tokens in the near future.

How's your team working on usability?
In the near future a new trading page will be added. We have designed it more compact and userfriendly. We listen to recommendations of our users and do our best to implement their wishes and make our exchnage the most convenient exchange in the world.

5 levels of security...sounds solid..more details on this issue?
Customer`s funds are stored only in cold wallets without access to the Internet. Fiat assets are under reliable protection of large European banks. All accounts can be protected with 3 levels of 2FA (email, sms, google Authenticator https://bitexbook.com/account/2fa). There is also white list of IP addresses.
