As of the moment, I don't think so. The crypto market in general are actually experiencing very deep depression in value and until now it shows no signs of potential recovery anytime soon. I think it will take a little more time to recover. Maybe a couple of months or even years. Hopefully 2019 will give crypto something positive.

Not really. mostly during markets like this you are just looking at the coins that are doing some small recovery and then they go down even further, mostly just bull traps and with that more people are likely to buy into it and the whales can cash out. It is going to take a long time before we actually start to see any kind recovery in the coins

As of today, we experienced a big downfall from ATH price last year but some crypto experts said that the market is still at good condition and nothing to worry about but we cannot assure that because they still only predicts what will happen in the future.
Every destruction has an end. I think damaged caused in crypto markets is now ended and from December 2018 market will be stable. From 2019 market will be up trend.

Coins' prices going down and up is part of the crypto market given its volatility. But the main part of the market we should observe is whether cryptocurrency is becoming stable or strong over the time. Unlike in the past, cryptocurrency is becoming strong and stable as regulatory measures are in the process and many countries are treating it positively.
The entire market is green today we hope for the best and wish it continue like that till the end of the year because this year has been tough in the crypto world because of the fall in price of all altcoins. Let's wait and see how it goes keep holding till the price is up again
