Say what? First off, I’m sure you spent a lot of time on the video like you have the others (working my way through them all now). Can you explain why they requested you do this, like what do they mean by the spirit of keeping the coins mysterious? In my experience coin makers being mysterious about their coins has almost always been a negative thing, for quite a few reasons. Not to mention doing this doesn’t help those who own these coins in appreciation aspects (stuff like your videos will help create demand for the coins covered). Maybe I’m missing something here ..

What happened to the Squirrelbits YouTube video? Why was it taken down?
I had a request from the maker to take it down. He felt it went against the spirit of the coin. He wants it mysterious. It will be a legend coin that only exists in the minds of those that own one. So out of respect i removed it. Much like he does with his pictures. However i am working on new videos this week and they will include a "Legend of the Squirrel bits" video. Without pictures. Regarding the squirrel- mysterious is probably the wrong word. He enjoys making the coins, its his passion. He only makes 21 and loves to sell to the forum. Its my understanding he was getting a bunch of weird people reaching out asking questions. So i took it down. Hes not interested in growing the coin. He just wants to sell awesome mintage of 21 pieces. He didnt want the attention so i obliged him. However i do believe these will blow up eventually on there own.
