Just a quick foreword and a thanks to the "captains of online influence" for trolling Quark to try to introduce "superblocks"; without you we wouldn't have been able to come up with these two key "revolutionary" innovations.

how ironic that you are hired to troll "Internet opinion" because you can't find a job and have no self worth, yet are taking bits of paper that help your own enslavement and non self worth (which causes to a large degree non meaningful work)  , think about it?

The Communist Bloc - ( C Bloc )

Overview for any interested coder -

This is a principal that is similar to just two users sending each other a transaction and including voluntary fees in it, except in the c - bloc we are proposing to either "delay" that fee being entered into a block for a period (of 30 day) and then have it entered in in a random way.

these may not be simple things to do, they may however be simple things to do?

as i'm not a coder, I do not know, please don't take the outline below as gospel, i'm not proposing that it be done "just that way" i'm giving an outline of an objective, thinking outside the Red box is welcome.

Intro

Basically the Communist block is a simple innovation in principal and should be fairly simple in execution

Statement is mine;  all quality Crypto have a small "EQ reward" (or inflation) this crypto revolution;

⦁   secures the network.
⦁   denies effective monopoly;
⦁   replaces lost or stolen supply.
⦁   allows for population growth.
⦁   keeps transactions effectively fee free.

Quite an innovation.

However in some cases the perception is that there is not enough network hash rate in this small inflation (EQ) to protect the network from some sort of attempt at an attack weather it be by government (foriegn or domestic)  or government owners in most cases Banks (and their agents.) or indeed just some bored idiot with too many cpus farms or an FPGA project.

Here is where the first innovation called  "The Communist Bloc" comes in as an optional engaging fun incentive for users its achievements/objectives :

⦁   encourage full node use helping the network (more in Rainbow return about this.)
⦁   lift hash rate.
⦁   engages users in a fun social system.
⦁   helps further distribute the network.
(optional) shills communism for our glorious central planners and our banking overloads.

The Communist Bloc Design Mechanics :

Visualization

The communist Bloc is very similar to users just adding optional fees into transactions , except it has key differences.

The idea is to pool donations right from the client for a fixed period (30 days)

Then in the following (30 Days) have this pool randomly distributed into blocs at random times in 3 sections, i will explain ...

First lets see all the components and explain each:

A - This is the C Bloc label for the tab and opens the C bloc tab that you see visualized here.

B - This is the C Bloc total this is the amount that was frozen after the previous 30 day period, this total is derived totally from donations. (see section G) this number will be divided by 3 and distributed in 3 random blocs.

C - Now the total (section B 11,245) is divided into 3rds and distributed out in three  (10) ten days periods, so period 0 to 10 then; period 10 to 20 then; period 20 to 30, and for convenience is represented as 3 blocs, so the label shows 3 of 3 (we are in the 20 to 30 day period the third block is set to be distributed ) and the number 3748.33 shown to the right is just the total 11,245 divided by 3 - so  11.245 / 3 = 3748.33.

D - This just shows what day period we are in of the 30 day period that is split into three 10 day  periods  (so form section C) so :

Bloc 1 of 3  would be Days 0 to 10
Bloc 2 of 3  would be Days 10 to 20
Bloc 3 of 3  would be Days 20 to 30  ( displayed in image)

the image section D show we are in day 23 of the 20 to 30 day period ( which is Bloc 3 of 3 )  ( and the last Bloc to be distributed )

E - This is just the section that would theoretically show the current difficulty and hash rate - possibly as a graph , but hopefully at least as a number figure -

F - This is the C Bloc Donations button this should open an address to which any client user can donate to the C bloc

G - This is the current running total of donations, after the 30 day period, this number is frozen and moved up to the (G section) then it is reset to zero pending any new donations. if no donations are given this number will be zero, C Bloc is non inflationary the random bloc that miners can get comes directly from this donation section.

Lets step though how it works

1.  A user looks at the diff (on the tab or image) and he perceives it to be low.

2.  he/she decides to contribute to the C Bloc.

3. the user clicks the C bloc Donation button and it opens a field to donate an amount of Quark to the C Bloc.

4. This running total is tracked just to the right of the button ( also it tells the user how long in days etc until this total is distributed )  (there is also a total being distributed right now which is displayed in "total donations"

5. After 30 days is up the total that the user and others donated moves from the Section G  (near the donation button) to Section  B to be distributed.

Why the 3 Sections?

Bloc 1 of 3
Bloc 2 of 3
Bloc 3 of 3

simply because if the total was distributed on say a random day but it landed on day 2 of 30  that leaves 28 days in which there is a certainty of being not large random reward, thus no incentive to try to mine the random larger bloc.

by splitting the 30 day up into 3 (10 day) periods and splitting the total up, there is more net incentive for miners to be more consistent.

The trademark Red Cube; or Red Square:

I invented this as satire, but it is a real serious innovation; miners are doing work, people are contributing to help the network, the system is more like a free market charity and something that Ron Paul would advocate - (if he understood crytpo) i'm not going to trademark this innovation as I'm lazy and don't care about trademarks but if you want to honor it include a  Red cube or red square somewhere (or don't)
