When promoting a crowdsale it would be helpful to disclose some further details such as who can participate, what regions are excluded, and if there are any limits for each type of investor and private funding rounds if there are any along with a detailed prospectus because this will make it easier for investors to evaluate your offering

Of course, this is the task of the workers to which exchanges they will turn to. Based on this, each investor will pay attention only to those projects that deal with reputable exchanges in order to minimize the risks of losing their funds. The IEO is currently being debated because they can attract investors when the market is not good, plus lately many ico have ended up in fraud. almost a few investors turned to the IEO. but I don't think that's all, because I'm sure investors still contribute to the ICO project too.
Title is misleading lol, Best IEOs go on somewhat known or top exchange, Probit I have never heard of it. Unknown exchanges worry me. I don't want to lose my money. It's better do IEO on known exchanges.
Wow, it is actually cool that they have a lot of experienced team in their project, though since the inception of IEO, I have never checked to see the team in charge of a project since the crowdfunding itself is being conducted by the exchange and not the project teams, but it is a very good thing that you are checking the team behind the project because the future of the project will depend on the people who created the project itself and not the exchange.
I checked your site and now it has entered the 2nd rounde regarding round 1 and there the sales of tokens are sold there. is there data about the sale? how many were sold and how many usd were collected? Unfortunately if you say that this company has been established or has developed a long time ago it should have good fundamentals and get more than that exchange to work together.
We will have the round 1 numbers released before the start of round 2 on May 7th.
About the timeline, we started with the Food Traceability on Blockchain concept of this project in late 2017. We officially launched in February 2018. We did some PoC building a platform forking from a popular chain and then did another PoC on Hyperledger. In last summer the Apps team started working on building this Marketplace and the Farm Management mobile app. We did a first release of the app in November 2018, but we decided to pull it off the Play Store because of some critical issues in the app. I don't know your experience with building a startup, but its a process, especially when you are on a limited budget. Now we have the marketplace MVP that went live last month. The funds raised from the ICO will be used to build the Blockchain platform, marketing, and business development activities for the marketplace and the traceability platforms.

I think probit is not a bad choice, because many projects launch IEO on probit. High enthusiasm was seen in the progress of the purchase, including this Farm2Kitchen project within a week of completing ieo sales on probit

Yes you may have seen many projects that show a multi-billion market, but there are key differences:
- Many ICO projects talk about building the next "rocket to the moon" with no demonstrated experience, but we are building Food Traceability solution on Blockchain. The founders have experience building a similar solution using traditional databases, we are partners on the project and Premier IBM Business partner with expertise on Blockchain, so we know we can build the solution.
- Its not always about the market. The world is changing and people are conscious about what's on their plate. This is going to drive up the demand for traceability and the market will definitely grow in the future.
- Finally, we have some demonstrated early traction, which always helps. We signed an MoU with a winemaker and they will use our platform for tracking their bottles of wine. We are in talks with a FPU for a similar partnership. So things are looking great.
So, I have no doubts in my mind that we can successfully deliver what we are promising.

But the problem is I think they are getting 100s of applications and they are following a weird process. They say that we have to keep posting project progress on their forum and they will decide based on that. One of the recent project they launch (I won't name it) their progress I have analyzed and I don't see it as real progress, but maybe they were sharing ambitions updates to Binance and they selected them. Its all very tricky. Right now we are happy with ProBit as they were quick to launch and they have pretty good volume. Plus our own subscribers. Our crowd-sale platform has almost 20,000 subscribers. So all of this is helping. I am not sure if this will get us the hardcap, but its a good start for us.

That's a good point. Well, first of all Farm2Kitchen is not a newbie to food service business and we are working in food services and agriculture industry for last 8 years. We have built traceability solutions for farmer Producer organizations and have also developed Farm ERP solutions.
So as far as experience in the business or Product is concerned, we have a great amount of it.
So we are not without any knowledge or here with just an idea. We have been there and done that.
