Only new users need to make a deposit before they are able to withdraw their money? Why is there a distinction between new and existing users? So if i already had an account with Crypto-Jackpot from before I would not need to deposit any money into my account but if I open a new account I need to make a deposit before being able to withdraw?

If they are real players, how could they risk their money on such game with no provably fair system in determining the winner. There are also two big winners already who won more than 4btc and 7btc. Seems to good to be true for a new site to have such big winners.
Sorry if I miss about how they draw the winner of each round, I have tried to look around the site but I got no clear info about it.
