As I'm trying to lose weight, I'm interested in good recipes. Thanks for sharing! I've recently learned about calorie deficit meals (this article https://betterme.world/articles/calorie-deficit-meals/ turned out to be helpful), so I hope to change my nutrition to eat less and see the good result soon.

I am a fan of healthy dishes so here is my favorite recipe:

Lemon-Garlic Shrimp and Grits
Ingredients:
Four 5-ounce center-cut salmon fillets (about 1-inch thick)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt
1 bunch kale, ribs removed, leaves very thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
1/4 cup dates
1 Honeycrisp apple
1/4 cup finely grated pecorino
3 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
Freshly ground black pepper
4 whole wheat dinner rolls

Directions:
Bring 3 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat, covered. Uncover and slowly whisk in the grits, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Reduce the heat to medium low and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the parmesan and 1 tablespoon butter. Remove from the heat and season with salt and black pepper. Cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, season the shrimp with salt and black pepper. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, garlic and cayenne, if using, and cook, tossing, until the shrimp are pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and add 2 tablespoons water, the lemon juice and parsley; stir to coat the shrimp with the sauce and season with salt and black pepper.
Divide the grits among shallow bowls and top with the shrimp and sauce. Serve with lemon wedges.

These recipes are very good and very useful for healthy food but you will get good profits from crypto on social media if you post pictures of your food in different places on social media many people will be attracted to see it and find a good way to earn. This will increase the popularity of your food and make it much easier to develop yourself this kind of concern is much better.

When it comes to cocktails, i prefer classic - negroni , sourer, sometimes americano ( not coffee ). I'm just old and like to drink what i used to 10 or 20 years ago. And for dinner i prefer meat - stake for sure, but can't stand that not finally cooked medium rare, prefer well done. Thanks to
