Do not trade with your emotions mate! Trust me, if you do that you'll end up losing %100 of your money. If you can not hold back your emotions while you are trading then crypto market is not for you imho.

My advice for you is that you should not be panicking but see now as an opportunity to keep adding to your portfolio because any moment from now there will be pump in price and I bet it'll be exponential growth so please hodl your investment and probably invest more if you have more capital to do so

And that period can be another opportunity to invest some more funds in different coins & gain some profit when the market rises up. So if you haven't sold you coins during that period and waited for the Right time, your investment is safe my friend. Nice move, most people did the opposite and bought when btc reached 15k and above. I am buying currently as the market dipped and many people freak out. Prices being low means that it is a good opportunity for the investors and not the other way around.
