I think crypto is created to be a bridge between traditional systems and the digital economy, not to replace the entire financial system. Because if crypto starts to replace the currency, there will be no more speculation that will make this industry fluctuate.

I agree with you. Cryptocurrency can not completely replace the money. Both will exist in parallel and can be exchanged with one another.

Counterfeit money is everywhere. There no means of catching the bad guys. As i can see it bitcoin cannot kill this. Fiat is widely use by rich and poor people. This is not an easy issue i guess this is already part of the technology.

his concern is about fake money, its true that crypto might become the reason for removing fake money, there's a lot of people creating fake money and a lot of people become a victim of it.

Counterfeit money is everywhere. There no means of catching the bad guys. As i can see it bitcoin cannot kill this. Fiat is widely use by rich and poor people. This is not an easy issue i guess this is already part of the technology.

Fiat will still be needed and still be a basis in each countries though crypto can be a good alternatives but still Fiat won't be remove as it is still the basis of countries economy and will remained like that, we can't change things in quickess ways but maybe time will come when adoptions happened.

There are a lot of altcoins with Bitcoin in their name. Many buy those thinking they buy Bitcoin.
I guess that on Ethereum, Waves, and so on platforms there are plenty of tokens pretending to be Bitcoin, in a way or another.

Imho it's just the digital form of fake money and Bitcoin cannot do anything about them.

Edit: and since fiat won't die, the fake fiat problem will also remain..

Bitcoin has no relation with the fiat yet and thus I dont believe in the idea that bitcoin will kill fake money. It could have done that job if bitcoin would have been part of the fiat system and where it is to be used for authentication purpose. But we see nothin like that in the current era and bitcoin may not help just now. If in the time to come we see that bitcoin has got merged with the real world and it is the main currency then these thoughts will come to existence and we can see heavily authorised system to differentiate and save us from the fake currencies.

Fiat money is still important. Cryptocurrency is not for all. Maybe it will be accepted all around the world. But still there will be people who will always use fiat currency. So it will be hard for crypto to kill fake money.

I also agree that it is better to use cryptocurrency than Fiat. But cryptocurrencies have a lot of problems.And the main one is a strong volatility and lack of regulation.When it decides to-then you can return to this subject.

Yes, it is possible when government provide full internet facility in all parts of country. Government need to change the traditional way of transactions. Crypto is a modern and digital technology. Government of some countries approved this and INDIA also study on it.

I'm not sure if I get you, but the essence of making fake money is to really make some money and not to just replace the system as the crypto does. Creating fakes is for felon reason and not for humanitarian that this world is trying to advocate.

If given a proper development chance, crypto can certainly outface FIAT, but thats a very distant possibility given that the authorities arent giving crypto the chance to thrive upon it, But on a fair ground, Crypto will definitely outface fiat

Yes cryptocurrency including bitcoin becoming a means of payment will help a lot. But there are only a handful of countries which are accepting cryptocurrency in payment. This will I think grow over time. But one of the drawback it has is internet. Cryptocurrency needs internet for its function, which is not available in every nook and corner of the world.

Not gonna happen i think, because not every country will fully accept cryptocurrency. Evenmore, these cryptos might the missing piece between digital and fiat money, they can collaborate together.. not killing each other.

I don't think so. even though crypto is a pre-paid money that is sophisticated and easy to use, it can't replace fiat money. but it cannot be denied that digital money has advantages over fiat money. which digital money cannot be falsified.
