Always freebitco.in is an edge higher than others, that is proved once again with their philanthropy. I am not sure how many other crypto gambling houses are working fund rising for current pandemic but most of them are too busy in adding new games or opening doors for investors so that may redeem the maximum lockdown will be released world wide.

I read there is an initiative to support the corporate and other service providers who contributed in terms of financial aids for the fight against covid19 and ignoring all other service providers and merchants. Why not we do the same here? Because, this must be an emergency situation for mankind, and if you cannot be generous right now then when?

Well, I don't think it's a good idea or moral for what many call gambling business/casino to provide relief fund.
Gambling = taking big risk (in my opinion) shouldn't be funding things like this.
For example, it's not a good idea for a ciggrate company, company that sell/buy bad food or company that sell/buy bad things to provide relief.
But it's ok for betting company to provide relief (depending on how risky the company product/service is)... Good/safe betting companies basically.

When it comes to humanity, all people who have an honest heart will donate some of their money to people who need it. Even the bad guys want to give some money too to other people who suffer if they can feel about humanity. So it is reasonable to see if freebitco.in decide to donate some percentage of their income to the charities to help other people. And this time is the right moment for freebitco.in to give their money to charities because they want to help the professional to fight to coronavirus.

Like most of the users who posted here, I'm also happy that freebitcoin have the initiative to create a charity for the frontliners who are using their time curing these patients.

I would also like to see other gambling sites out there to create a one big organization that will help people with this pandemic. I hope that what freebitcoin did must be done by other gambling sites too. We can help with this though by gambling in their site. They said that it is 100% but even though it isn't 100% (my thinking only) as long as it will help other people then it is good.

How I wish I can donate but we are also hard hit by this pandemic and we have very small resources right now, we live in a third world country and we also need help, we should praise these companies that do their part in helping combat this pandemic, even a small amount will go along way, I'm sure other gambling sites are doing their share.

I don't think they are collecting funds for the third world countries, they probably will donate to poor in their own country. Every one should donate something to help the poor and it is not necessary that you donate it online. you can find the needy people around you , in the neighbors and help them.
This is literally what I am thinking, all of the countries are suffering form this virus, so I think they will just donate that into their own people. Personally, I am living at the the Philippines which is a third world country, I will just donate my money into my own people instead of donating into other countries. It's just for me, but it's better to help you own people first rather than, help others. Let's just hope that this pandemic is gonna end soon. Stay safe everyone!!!

That's a good initiative by them. Maybe it's one of the reasons why they remain in the industry. It's because they also show support towards other world events. It gives the site a good image of their users. That they are not just an online gambling business, but they are also willing to help.

Every country needs help, the government can not fund all of the expenses just to fight this pandemic. And it's great that they are also starting their donation funds for the frontliners who are working really hard. Not only in America, but other countries as well are experiencing a shortage of funds for hospital PPE. Although not everyone might donate, I hope those gamblers who have extra money and are willing to help can donate extra funds.

Good initiative towards controlling corona spread from another crypto related company, but they are just raising funds isn't it? Or they are donating their profits shares with the people's donation to the non profit organization?

The funds should reach to the ones who deserve them. As you people are talking more about freebitco more than any other site, they haven't confirm anything as yet where these funds went and did they already distributed or not ? The more transparent they become, the better response they will achieve while gathering the charity.

What freebitcoin is doing is a fundraiser. As stated in their website, the fund raised is coming from the house edge revenue, 20% of it to be exact. But that would only be taken particularly from the Multiply BTC game on Sunday from 2:30 to 5:30 UTC. The raised amount will be donated to Direct Relief, a charity organization that helps provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to COVID-19 health workers.[1]

As to how much, they have yet to sort it out because it has not even started yet. So far, everything's pretty much transparent. And I guess the intended beneficiaries are truly deserving of such donation. The health workers responding to COVID-19 should be provided with no less than the best and complete personal protection considering that they are the ones who are truly fighting against the virus. They are risking their lives for this battle.

Does gamblers also can donate directly from account? I believe i still have small amount from my Freebitco.in so i may donate it for the frontliners.

My Brother is also a frontliner in California thats why i am very Fond for those who are working in danger right now.
That's a good move from freebitcoin company, other gambling platform should follow their lead this is the time companies small and big could lead and to alleviate people that needs help right now especially those infected and frontliners and of course those who are out of the job because of this pandemic, I support these companies who take the lead in helping those who are in need.
i think they will of course because this is also one kind of advertising for their sites reputation.

I saw a gambling platform that has raised funds for helping the medical care front liner in the US.
I always impressed those big companies who are willing to help any frontline people because I am one of them and I know that protecting gears is very important to them.

And the gambling platform fundraiser said,

We all know that they are the oldest crypto gambling that until now has been existed, I think this is the time to share their profit.
What do you think, a fully established gambling platform like this should need to help and share their revenue to the victim of COVID-19?
Let us discuss below, probably if there is another gambling platform owner who has a kind of heart and helping people.
Nevertheless, let us know other's opinion.

Disclaimer: I am not promoting them, I just want to discuss those gambling platforms who are willing to help those people who are the victim of COVID-19.

The world's richest country needs donation to fight covid 19 and poor countries like Nicragua are well equiped according to them.

What a big joke?

I doubt their motive now!

I've known free bitcoin since I used to claim in their faucets and join their lottery when I was new in crypto. It is one of the oldest lottery platforms and it's good to know they are still operating and they even had their fundraising to help frontliners from the US. I hope more platforms even it is big or small will conduct their fundraising charity to help those who are on the frontline or those who are incapable during the pandemic.

But i think as Gamblers we need to contribute as well not only by playing on those sites but to send our own money directly.
Its tough to donate any amount of money these days since majority of the world are only focusing on increasing their savings and decreasing their expenditure just like me due to the ongoing recession.

can there be a list for other countries that running fundraising regarding gambling sites?i mean is there a chance that this will be conducted by other countries and not US only?
There are very few gambling sites which are providing such services in the current scenario which is why I don't see the requirement for a list. Just google away and find what you are looking for.

I have account in freebit.co if there's a way to donate my balance i would be glad.
Thanks to this info atleast there is a reliable way to donate crypto because there are tons of scam fundraising sites out there that cyber criminals are exploiting that's why im a little bit skeptical when some site or organization ask me for donations.
I think the Site will provide and not the players?maybe the proceeds from the profit gain from players will be awarded asr the donation.

It is not the first gambling site that have a charity give aways.
I first saw a charity give aways  from stake.com they would pick some charity organization that would receive some funds.
But it is always good to see some platform that are willing to send some of their profits to those who are in need specially now that the virus or covid-19 has wreck most of our financial life.

I don't request loans~
Freebitco is actually donating 20% of the profit generated from wagering during specific time intervals. The next schedule time is tomorrow Sunday19 April  from 02:30 to 05:30 UTC. The more we wager during this time, 20% goes to the covid19 funds.
But its better to donate all the funds rather than giving 20%. Grin

Actually, I am not having any plan to gamble in that time interval but already helping the people in the way I can who are affected by corona lockdown. Smiley
Bruh
Bruh there's a difference. There are donations specific fundraisers which 100% of the money donated there is fully given for the Covid - 19 cause. The 20% said here is from THEIR pocket themselves, aka 20% of the total revenue, they obtained in that certain time interval. A 20% bro. That's already high enough. We each have our own lives and companies still need to pay whatever finances they have, so donating 20% is pretty good already. It isn't a set amount, yes, but that means it can also exceed a set amount if they ever decide to donate one. This also pretty much helps them in advertising their site since the users funds are in the end being used to help others.

eXch.cx - Automatic crypto Swap Exchange.
Some additional benefit of this kind gesture is that, it'll also help promote both the gambling platforms and indirectly promote bitcoin (cryptocurrency) to the masses in need of assistance.
Simply put, they are in win-win situation. Helping those beneficiaries, and at the same time getting the spotlight to promote crypto community at the same time.

And that's exactly what I pointed out with my statement above, you forget to mention these casino that'll engage in this activities will also benefit as there's every possiblity the media will carry their charity work which will create room for more audience to get to know about their casinos and since physical casinos operations has been shutdown due to the lockdown (to enforce avoidance of social gathering) most gambler are looking for alternative and they'll turned to online casinos. Those offering payment option in cryptocurrency also has fair more advantage over the fiat related ones and it's left for exposure for that to be understood.

Don't get me wrong that the whole discussion has been a selfish one as instead of focusing more on the humanitarian services this casinos were to give out, we're discussing the benefits associated with it.
