The thread was last updated on 15 May 2015, so it's quite possible that prices have changed since that is over 2 years ago.

If you're making sets for poker (though expensive as hell Cheesy)

You should make numbered chips, not just pics on them
Because it's going to ruin the poker experience playing with all the same chips

what? the chips people use for home games usually dont have numbers on them you just go by color.

I've actually done both. Some people like numbers on them some don't.

When I do a full set of 200+ chips though I make the buyer a good deal on the chips, less than $1 each usually.

I am not sure. Must be the lighting that's fucking it up. These pictures are made with my phone's camera so they aren't that great.

The printing is through an ink injection system much like UV printing. The image does not rub off if that is what you are wondering.

Thanks, I'm going to start looking out for cool poker chip cases.   Grin

It's really cool we can have them customized to preference for sets and I think that will be a huge selling point.  Do you have a chip template or something similar you could provide?

It's really just a circle that is at least 256 x 256 at 300 dpi

Can I attach the crypto currency to the Qr code? Like an offline wallet if so I am going to get some thanks..

The QR code is laser etched, so it can be whatever you want really.

I haven't really done a pricing model for the laser etching it was more of a proof of concept at the time.
