Lol! When I forgot my security question @mintpal they just asked me

"How many coins do you hold @mintpal".

My answer was "none 0 ballance" and they did reset my password.

This what you are talking about is kinda sick. .

I hope they will read this thread and think a little bit.

I wouldn't have had a clue how many coins I hold at an exchange.

I would have been screwed.

dear crypto-trade support, this is 7 months later. i would like to access my account, i have no idea what the number i put down for the secQ please understand there must be some way to access my funds as i have a need for them at this time. i hope we can reach something out.

my best guess is something like "****". i don't know. please there must be another way to access my funds

Update: after disclosing the balance of my account they Helpdesk people reset my password.
