If you don't have more than 1k USD valued to all your coins, exchange wallet is okay i think.
If you have thousand dollars worth, i think you should have an offline wallet like ledger or something else

When you hold ethereum and any erc20 token, it is best to hold it to myetherwallet wallet since this wallet is the best and secured. But in ONT or any neo tokens or coin, best to hold it in a neo wallet.

You should try to download their own wallet and it will be more secure rather than try to use the multi wallet such as exodus and any other multi crypto wallet. Just try to visit their official site and then you can try to download it easily.
just try to method to make sure you are not visiting or downloading the wallet that will give you a lot of possibility to get another problem.

What kind of Wallets are you looking for?

As far as an easy, safe and secure Bitcoin Android wallet I use Samourai
They have extra steps that they take to keep your account and funds very safe.

For an Ethereum wallet I use myetherwallet.com

Neo wallet I use Neon Wallet, just Google Neon Neo Wallet.

For the most part I try to stick with the original wallet straight from the creator as these are the most secure, and usually the most advanced.

I think these coins you listed have their own blockchain and they are not ethereum tokens. So in this case, you are not going to use an ethereum wallet to store them but you have to download the custom wallet to store them. It seems ontology is a neo token so you will need neo wallet for that.

If you want to store multi cryptocurrency in a safe wallet then I think hardware wallets like Trezor and Ledger is best option for you.

MyEtherWallet.com - Ethereum wallet (and all tokens base on Ethereum platform)
Blockchain.com - Bitcoin/Bitcoin Cash/ Ethereum

And if they have their own wallet, you can use it. Example: Waves, NEO, EOS,...

If you don't know your tokens are supported on which platform, you can ask in the project chat room (as Telegram group or send them an email).
