I love FIAT (Fiat Panda, I own one)

Fiat Panda cute little thing (not my class). Is yours the 4x4 version?
Not really...
Only Fiat Panda 1.2

Crypto in general will never replace fiat but both of them can still coexist.

Can't imagine a whoring senator waiting patiently for 6 confirmations.  They'll be attached to fiat for quite sometime.

Not exactly to replace and not tomorrow but the fiat will eventually evolve into crypto form.

I doubt that will happen anytime soon but maybe in the future, most of the world is already using virtual currency for all their daily tasks (CreditCards, bank transfers etc...).

Maybe in like 100 years perhaps. I doubt it would be BTC though.

Probably would never happen even in 100 years or more.

Actually I don't think crypto will ever replace fiat, I think they will co-exist to serve different purposes.

What is your opinion?

No, it won't. No governments would allow that to happen.

This.
And it really IS impossible in today's world for Bitcoin (or any other altcoin) to replace fiat currency.  Not in the next 100 years at least.
There is too many things that common people use fiat for and I don't see them switching to Bitcoin any time soon.

Both fiat and Bitcoin have its advantages. Use them together.

legit, i would wish to use it together for more widely.

May sooner but believe this must be something easier for a wide range of users and not Bitcoin.

Don't let others control your BTC -> self custody

I think it will, although it may take a century. Independent electronic money is another step in evolution, just like autonomic machines and space travels.
It will happen the only question is will we live to see it.

Maybe sometime in the future, IMO the more realistic goal now is getting some global adaptation and acceptance for BTC.

I think all currency will become digital at some point in the future. Wouldn't be surprised if it happened within our lifetime either. I think it will have to be based on crypto too otherwise people could probably fake it but governments will still probably issue or control it.
