I think live support chat is a must have for any online casino and hopefully we do see this feature in the near future along with the FAQ page. I'm currently trying out all the slots and so far my favourite slots would have to be Magic Pot and Throne of Egypt as I seem to have more luck with them.

I was just checking and one of the good parts is there seems like no KYC required to withdraw plus you can use VPN to login to the website. I know that sounds a bit fishy from our end but the gamblers who are coming from countries that have ISP's working with the government (high censorship countries) it is amazing that we can use VPN and need to provide no information to play here.

Seeing how you have Chinese and also Russian added on the language you probably are aware that bulk of your users would probably be from those countries (even including USA) because unfortunately there is some backwards thinking people at the top of these countries that basically rule over with iron fist making gambling in crypto so much harder for people who live there.

From what I am hearing here is that once the sportsbook feature is complete which the team are still working on and is taking a little time then expected, then they will work on a FAQ page and better support. This might take a couple more weeks depending on how well implementing the sportsbook goes.

I also noticed that but hesitate to ask since I didn't sign up yet as I'm looking for FAQ to checked out the rules before signing up but there's nothing
to be found, dischord might be a good place to discuss things from your business but gamblers would be much comfortable using the site alone instead
of using third party apps.

I will wait for the sports betting updates, being anonymous might add more sports bettors if you will implement same thing with this addition.

Just my luck, I deposited some sats to play roulette which I was doing well and even got into profit but then I lost it all on the slots lol. I tried out a few more different slots to see how they play and they do play well but because I got greedy I lost it all. Overall its a nice casino to play at and as the owners continue to work on making it better, I'm sure it will be a popular online casino in the future. I would like to see some other cryptocurrencies added like LTC and even Doge for smaller players who just want to have fun but not risk as much.
