Yes... Just like on sportsbet.io and playbetr, I already tried to bet since last year via sportsbet.io, most of them are in Dota 2 games, even in recent The International 2019, I have also lot of bets history and most of them are lost 
But there are also limited games, like some minor tournaments may not be available on those platforms I mentioned, just check it everytime you see a tournament about e-sports, major tournaments especially that has huge prize pool will possible to add in those platforms.
Didn't tried sportbet.io during the days back then due to their issues, but it seems they're running smoothly this time. Did they still require KYC for new accounts?
