this is my idea :
1. simple website, fast and nice UI
2. ref link, so user can get commision
3. many option on market, like sort by percent, by volume,by price, by newest, by name, and sort by descending/ascending
4. detail announcement about adding new coin or remove
5. using https and 2FA, not only with google auth but with sms it would be great
6. having trollbox and online support, so user can chat each other and on the other tab user can chat with cs if they having a trouble
7. detail chart it would be good
8. having giveaway feature
9. small fee for wd and trading
10. compatible with multi devices like phone or tablet

I will give a recommendation that there should be in the exchanger is as follows:
1. The site has a very strong security.
a. Using https address,
b. Using 2FA systems Two-Factor Authentication verification (email, sms, and Google Authentificator)
c. Using the virtual keyboard at login to avoid keyloggers.

2. Websites that have a light weight size, userfriendly, and support on mobile.
3. Having an attractive and simple design.
4. Withdraw Low fees and trading.
5. Having a copy and paste feature that is easy to address wallet.
6. Admins fast and friendly support.
7. Having feature trollbox / chat that can facilitate users to interact with other users.
8. Having a giveaway features like other trading sites so many people are interested.
9. Having a vote feature in the acceptance of new coins.

Based on my experience, it might be better to use 2FA verification to withdraw because I think it is less safe when using email verification withdraw and less time consuming.
Poloniex for example, although I've been using 2FA but to withdraw the verification still be sent to the email address. and sometimes when I click on the link provided directly by poloniex it's straight to "withdrawal successful", not infrequently also when I click the link, the poloniex asked me to log in again.
Did not it a bit confusing? maybe this time I liked bittrex, so instant type the code 2FA and withdraw immediately successful. Grin
