Everything comes in its own natural way. It is already quite a widespread thing regarding how many people are involved. The popularity will grow if it gets more safe to use as a currency, because now it can rather be considered as an investment.

In order for crypto to be mass adopted, we will have to improve a lot of features. The transfer from one wallet to another should be instant. Currently it takes few minutes and when bitcoin was at its peak it took hours.
If mass of the world's population will death with crypto then it's a good news, but to ensure that they won't be scammed 70 percent of them will just used coins that has been good this years, like BTC and ETH, so other token won't have much to say...

The benefit of cryptanalysis is that many people know. But that is just in the investment community. It is a crypto problem that is accepted by the public. Firstly, in my opinion, countries should accept and encourage them to use them as a way to boost the economy of the country. There are a number of regulations, code management to avoid risk and market stability ... Everybody use that forward to pay bills in life quickly, easily, and economically. Furthermore, the crypto-currency will not be misused. 
In truth when you start talking about "the mass population", then the government has to be involved (almost fully), they both go hand-in-hand (government control the masses). As at now, crypto is "at war" with the government, so unless there arrives a win-win situation for both parties, it doubt mass population adoption will happen.
Cryptocurrency should regulated first then many people will trust the technology behind crypto,and the blockchain technology will use by many start ups to make product and service and give advantages for many industry. By regulated cryptocurrency many people will look in to and they will buy and use it with no doubt.

So far, the technology of using different types of crypto currency is very complex. It is still very difficult, say, to bring a token to fiat, this requires specific knowledge and experience of trading on the stock exchange, and it is unnecessary for an ordinary person. If this process is not simplified to the usual instantaneous exchange without the use of specific knowledge, the cryptsplatum will not become the property of the broad masses. Not all people know this crypto currency, most of them are in their negative mind if you try to introduce crypto currency, like in the other country that has more poor people than educated one. I mean they cant really understand or dont want to know crypto in their life, although we are in a modern world, most of the people are stocked in a stone age knowledgement that really hard to adopt digital assets, so the only people who wants to get involve in crypto are those people that really like to use digital gadgets such millenials thats connected in the internet to know well about it.
It's very simple, you need to transfer all banking operations to the blockchain and all. All the relationships between people are now happening in money, financial transactions are always on the first place. as soon as the banking sector moves to blockchain, everyone else will have to look after them)))
