IMO, there's no need to have that type of news just for the sake of increasing its popularity. Most of the media are already there covering and waiting for the correction and skyrocketing of bitcoin and that's what they've been doing most of the time. If there are hacks, they're going to make news out of it as quickly as they can. In the essence of popularity, bitcoin is increasing it naturally. Whether there are good news or bad news or none of them, bitcoin will continue to gain fame.
news about legality can make cryptocurrency even more popular. as we know if the legality of cryptocurrencies in most countries is still a question mark. only a small number of countries openly say that they have legalized cryptocurrencies. if most countries openly legalize cryptocurrencies, I believe the popularity of cryptocurrencies will increase drastically.
