There have been numerous instances that the cryptocurrency market experienced a dip in value. Bitcoin and altcoins both have felt the wave, with many putting short orders on their entire balances, further pushing the crypto industry down - for the moment. This is nothing new for a volatile market such as crypto.
There is no need for investors to make mistakes of others in the past by putting everything on the line due to their fears. Control emotional trading, regularly do an analysis of the market (both tech and fundamental) and keep calm mind all the time.

The thing with a lot of investors is that they end up putting too much attention on what is happening in the short term and as long as you do that as an investor, the way you think towards certain circumstances will always be different from the way you should think as a smart investor actually.

Smart investors know they should always put their focus on the long term as long as they trust in the potential of the market they are holding and that makes them to take decisions like buying at times like this in the market than panicking and then be patient enough to wait until they get the best from that market.

I do not panic anymore when there is a dip, I just find it scary that bitcoin has been around these prices for too long and it makes me wonder how long it will be. I mean yeah the price has been low and I am accustomed to it now but I wonder when it will go up.

I am a firm believer that with time bitcoin will keep going up however bitcoin time and time again showed that it doesn't go up slowly, it goes up in a skyrocket fashion, so either I am going to be in the market all the time eating the losses and keep waiting until the price skyrockets and get out or I will wait for the bull and miss out on it.

Thank you for link website. It's quite helpful to newbies and those who do not have as much knowledge as me. I agree that with this market we need revolutionary downturns that will help the crypto market in the future have a huge growth momentum and nothing to worry about. I still believe in the growth of crypto. Good luck and Always calm is a must have trader.

The current market is not so worse when compared to the bearish market that took place in the beginning of the year.
The market is indeed volatile and the recent dump is not so big after all. Bigger dips has taken the crypto market by storm and I believe it provides a better stability to the coin. Bitcoin has been increasing slowly since the bottom and a minor correction was expected from it.
Actually, at this point we are actually getting to the point where the market is trying to decide yet where next and times like this when we have seen some bullish moves actually with the bounce from support several times, there is a possibility that we can see the market beginning to do something pretty great.

However, nothing is actually certain yet though and for every investor they should know that buying gradually when the market is in a downtrend which is referred to as accumulation is actually what they should be doing most of the time, but because they are so engrossed with the mind of not studying the market before entering, it affects their decision making a lot.

The theory is very easy to say but it is difficult to make. But I think we will have a basic rule to avoid panic when the market down. It's a good idea to use the money you do not want to spend for a long time around 3 years. When you use that money to invest, you will not have to worry too much about the cost of living every month.

We all have to spend some time in crypto to learn how the market works and how to react in different situations,
how to control our emotions in decision making instead of panic selling. We have to understand that cryto is a
volatile market and it is a normal market condition, no reason for panic.

That's right. It's how the market works. Sometimes it swing upwards, sometimes  it goes south. But one thing is certain, It'll definitely come back strong. Although it might not do so immediately  but in due time, It will. That's one thing people who come into the crypto space newly always fails to understand. Like the market dipped yesterday, But I'm sure It'll pop up soon.

Too much trading website by now. It could be one fault for having this slow price increase. Coins are being traded too much and divided to many exchange.

Bitcoin dragging every altcoin. At first I find it hard to believe that this is happening but because I am supporting another token I have seen there may be a part that says it is true.
Every time the bitcoin price drops every token and coins just go with it.

I guess we just need to support bitcoin with our everything, then maybe we will all be happy.
But yeah! Not to panic, there will be a time everything will change. Specially in the crypto world.

Sometimes you can't tell a person not to panic because if they see their hard earned money turned into ashes they will likely to panic. I recommend them to cut some losses if it is still small.

If we know we can't handle the risk in price increase/decrease in crypto then we might not try to do trading. If we think that the project seems no longer future to increase in price then sell. But if in every short drop of price even in a potential coin, we panic, then trading might not be for us.

Yes, the feeling of panic is sure to exist especially when our investment have been decreased in value drastically. That is why, it would be better if we only invest with money that we can hold for a long time. We must separate the money for daily needs and the money for investment.

You needed not to panic since it is crypto and crypto is a volatile currency, volatility is the cause of up and down of the price. If you already tested those currencies you are holding, you will treat every dip as an opportunity to accumulate more to be HODL for a greater profit once the price bounce back.

Why you think we need to be panic on this situation? it is first time happening that crypto market crashing? This situation happened last year also every year we faced this problems. This year also market crashing and market will recover on this year like 2017. That's why I'm not afraid yet.

Actually mate this situation of market is not new here in crypto world which is not a big deal to panick , especially if you know that the market still has tends to recover again. So much better to don't panic and keep holding ,avoid being greedy ,because there's no other solution to regain losses if not holding.  So be patient if there's a worse scenario happen because panicking can cause stress and etc, Bear in mind to always control your emotions.

Where is my ring of blades...
one of the worst things that has been happening in the past couple of months that led to an even worst case of a bear market for the cryptocurrencies that has been going down is the fact that people have been encouraging each other to "have patience" and bag hold. that kind of mentality has led to a lot of bag holders who were in small loss at first but they decided to bag hold so their losses grew and some even reached 90% loss. eventually everyone wakes up from this kind of mistake and when they do the first thing they do is to panic sell which crashes the market further down. that is why we keep seeing these steps of dump in altcoins instead of a smooth dump to get it over with.

I don't see any market dip yet. For me, I don't panic now because I know how the market moves already.

I think the best thing to do now if you are not a good trader is to just hold what coins are you are holding and invest some money and buy coins for the long run. Newbies are the ones who are panicking right now. They are losing their money because they are relying on the news and not on the charts which is a big mistake to them.

There are no signs that this is some alarm dip that would show some deeper and more serious issues on the market, so there is nothing to panic about. It's more regular correction that it's actualy aligned with the situation that's been more or less, through out this year, bearish market.
Still I expect some recovery and this might happen relatively soon, closer to the end of this year.

Volatility of the price is not just the upward movement so, the price movement is not always gained, sometimes declines must be. Already panicking doesn't give anyone anything, and you'll lose by panicking.

This year the bearish market has stayed too long that has affected the way the whole thing behave.  I don't think in the years pass we have had this long bearish market.  I believe bitcoin is going to recover but we should not expect too much from the market as the overall price movement and volume has not shown serious bullish trend.

We should not panic because everything will come to an end like this dump. Like for example the pumping time last year, it last right ? Maybe the crash takes a long time but can we just wait and do something better while waiting ? It is a normal thing to happen since crypto has no fix price so do not panic.
