Although the final compensation package for CCU instructors is yet to be approved.

The compensation package is expected to be very generous and commensurate with the duties of the job, such that 4000 and 5000 level instructors are paid substantially more than instructors who teach 1000, 2000, and 3000 level classes.

Student evaluation of instructor performance also impact instructor pay -- quality counts.
