No and Yes,
Nobody can do it,and Yes we can contact them.
they will answer you at the beginning and after that they won't.
many people complained about their services and they have same case like you and others,
in other words,they're a scammer and most likely they will never give it back to you.
for example above you ^
he get scammed by them and after he/she contacted them,they gone or even worst than that they didn't admit it at all

keep pushing them and force them to close their service is the solution to prevent them scamming others and let it go

I never got my tokens (in the amount of 0.15 btc). Ordered for withdrawal in late July, and have not been processed. Share, maybe someone managed to withdraw or contact the administrators of CryptoDAO?

My BTC was stuck for more than 3 days already.
The withdrawal become unconfirm. Not sure what need to confirm.
Sent an email and left a message on the online messaging app.
But nobody is answering.
Looks really like a scam now.

Also, I'm waiting for the withdrawal for more than a week .. about 0.1 btc in different currencies (LTC, BRO, DOGE)

Yes the other transactions was received,only that 2 are not received.
I am trying again to withdraw my last funds that are in this exchanger... 1 day i am still waiting.
I have senddt maybe 20 e-mails to the support and no answer...
Be aware do not deposit in this website any coins bcs it will scam u.
If they don't send me the other coins it means that i will be like minus 0,5BTC ...


P.S. There alot threaths that are saying that this website is pure scam... why is still listed in coinmarketcap...

The problem won't be solved as the admin doesn't reply and plus there have been more accusations of not receiving payment from this exchange website. It's high time people stop using it and check the trust ratings of the admin.

Looking at the screenshot, have you received the 2nd August withdrawal? It looks like all the other completed transactions were to the same address (1L1f5...) that received the coins while the two pending ones (1JGP.....) are to a new wallet. May be that can be a reason?

What Happened


So... There is this Cryptocurrency called BroCoin[BitRad] and CryptoDao is the ony Exchanger on wich is listed.
I was involved into the CrawdSale on this Coin and i purchased some of it. I sendet my BroCoins to CryptoDao so i can trade/sell them.
I Was abble to send my BroCoins to crypto dao and decited to get rid of them because i dont see any future about the coin but this is only my own view.
I sold my bro coins and decited to withdraw my BTCS to my wallet. This was on 28th July... i tryied to withdraw 0,15 BTC and after all day waiting at the end they have cancelled my withdraw and i receive my BTC's back into my wallet in the exchanger. Well i tought this is because of the Fork and yes it was.
Few day's Ago... on 03/08 i have sold all of my BroCoins and tryied to withdraw all of my BTC's.
I had 3 transactions waiting for 1 day and in the end all of the 3 wast Completed...
However i never received my Bitcoins into my Wallet...
2 of the Transactions was for my personal wallet in Electrum
One was: 0,1394BTC
Two was: 0,042BTC

I have received only the third  wich was of course ฿0.004 ( the smallest ammount ) into my Poloniex Wallet.


4 Days now or more i am trying to contact the Administrator of this website and he doesnt even respond on my E-mails.
