I hadn't closed the withdrawal screen. Since the payment was not received, I checked from the other tab whether I wrote the correct address. It is hard to know who did the mistake here as we can see the fact when you put your withdrawal address. Did you do something like copy paste to put your withdrawal address? Did you do double check before you click the withdraw button after filling your address? There are many cases of wrong copy and paste thing due to something like virus or malware that change your copied address to other address.
