Yes, there are users from time to time that have negative experiences, but no casino just bans people out of the blue or confiscates their winnings.
We know many cases where users just blatantly seek out to destroy a casinos reputation because they have lost a decent chunk of money.

People are hard to please, and if they find some annoyances they can shift the blame to you easily which will take time and effort to make sure it won't grow out of control. Not to mention if there's a fake review or something similar, the accused casino should be the one to explain or answer questions from customers, not yourself.

Our terms & conditions page explains each site terms and our project pretty well.
Yes true, people are hard to please and can shift blame anywhere they want really, but in all honesty to blame us for referring you to a certain site you didn't enjoy is kind of ridiculous. So many people tend to play victim instead of owning up to their mistakes. Again, we do not force any users to make bets, we are here to give perks on top of the site perks, to make the gambling journey a little more rewarding.

As for the reviews fake or not, we will keep every partners site name in good health if there is no detailed proof of rug pulls or scams.
Of course if there would be a scandal about a site that we advertise we would not continue to advertise them.

Technically, this is an affiliate website that gives their users a lot of choices on which casinos they should gamble. And at the same time, you're giving back to the affiliates that will sign under you so that you can maintain them to be active just as what you wanted to give more commissions to you. It's actually a good strategy and brilliant idea on how to retain your members to be active at most times, that 80% for the entirety of what you'll receive from their commission is generous.

But I wonder if you've got active participants or affiliates already since you've posted this thread here 2 months ago.
Because keeping your affiliates/referrals active with this kind of strategy you do is one of the hardest thing to do and that's why you're doing lots of way for them to keep active.

Yes. We do have active people and we are growing everyday. The project is still in baby's shoes.
So far we have given away:
$400 giveaway to celebrate the launch.
$51.6 giveaway - 10% of the total commission for last month.
$100 random giveaway for the new site we listed
we post the giveaways in our telegram channel - https://t.me/CryptoFreebieChannel

and let's not forget the commission share that players have benefitted from is a bit over 1,5k as of today.

Also we have a VIP service for serious casino enthusiasts who are looking to try out new sites and have a high status on their old ones.
You can find the info on our website.

Is it worth your time to tell this to your visitors if they visit troublesome casinos from your website in the future though? I mean, if I were you I'd rather put a disclaimer that listing doesn't mean the casino is good and the users should research on their own. You can also add some remarks if there were serious accusations related to a casino listed on your website so the users can use that as a blacklist.

Not unless if they would really be asking some beta users or to those who are bug searching kind of users then it would really be something relevant but if it do speaks about easy access on an unfinished or unpolished
site or platform then this would really be basically be giving out that kind of experience on which we know that this is something that will really be that totally not the right time on suggesting it to the public.
Yes, the advertised casino is still in beta phase and they are currently looking for users to try their service and report bugs. This is not the kind of casinos a website like CryptoFreebie.io, which is practically a referral website, is supposed to promote. Any one who join the casino using the referral link is expecting to get some freebies. As I said it's just my opinion and I might be wrong.

We have added a new casino to our partners list.
I don't think partnering with a casino that is still in beta phase and adding it to your list is a good idea, tbh!
If you visit the casino in question you will see that they warn their customers they should "expect lags, outages and ongoing maintenance". So, the user experience might be owful and this might have a negative impact on your service as well.
Better wait for the official launch and give them some time to prove their can be trusted then you can add them to your list.

Just like on what you have said that its better to make out those kind of partnership or having those recommendations into those sites which are really that already finalized or something that
having that finished completely rather than on making it trying to suggest when its still on developmental stage.

It isnt something that would really be worth i should say into this regard but well if this one how it goes or works then there's nothing we can do.  Tongue

Hi!

It's been a while since our last post.

We have added a new casino to our partners list.
This site fits our motto of giving back to the community perfectly. It has an automated commission share and many other fantastic perks.

The site is still in closed beta and will be officially launched in the upcoming weeks.
The UI is smooth and first looks and experience has been enjoyable.

Check out our website and find out more.
You can also find it in our twitter page.

And as always, enjoy exclusive kickback with CryptoFreebie like always.

Good luck!

I would stand by what acroman08 suggested here. Do you not think it would be nice you look into telling your the casinos on your list to come register here because when they do that, members here would have that confidence in patronizing them because you are just an affiliate marketer who is paid to do so. You are not one of their team if i am not  mistaken. Having their presence here would also benefit you because the traffic flow would be in your favor. So in order to benefit all these, advise them to come here so that members can communicate them whenever they have issues with their account.

Yes, noted. Since we are only a doorway, we do not advertise anybody directly, update is just for our own site.
That's also the reason why the previous post does not contain the site's name. It doesn't take more than 1 minute to actually find out what it is.
The official bitcointalk topic for the site will come with official launch.
OP I checked the website and found some known casino which already exist here.  I believe you know they already have their presence here. Now those casinos already are doing fine here and do not have any issues as such that could affect them. This is what should be happening at every time intervals.

I see that there are casinos that are listed on your website but they are casinos with complaints, and there are not a few complaints, for example about the nanogames.io casino, there are people complaining about them on trustpilot and casino.guro.

source: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/nanogames.io

on trustpilot the complaints start many years ago and there is no representative of this casino responding to these complaints that are on trustpilot which makes it even more strange, a casino that has had complaints for many years and the trend is that the complaints do not stop, but rather increase, It's not a good sign. I hope that people who are creating accounts at this casino using your link report to you when they have problems, so that you can be aware of how this casino has been operating

they wrote this in their TOS, making it seem like they are regulated by the government of Curacao, when I look on their website where the Curacao license is I can't find it, so I saw this on casino.guro:

I haven't checked other casinos that are listed on your website, but I will do so over time, in my opinion it would be better if you could also warn people about these negative points, I'm not here accusing these casinos of anything, I'm just saying that it's always I need to alert people when these casinos do not have a license, there are cases of complaints

Thank you for feedback.

Anybody can write a negative review, but not many put together a strong case.
This particular nanogames review just seems to be a frustrated player.
Many of crypto sites get ddos attacks daily that may have impact on things such as lag or the "seed in use" message - that is most likely the case here.
No site operator would sabotage their own business.
These reviews are pure comedy some times.

We do not own any of the casinos that are listed on our site.
Our experience with each site that is featured with us has been positive - that meaning we have deposited, tested the games and made a successful withdraw without any problems. Also all these sites honor their commission payouts.

Yes, there are users from time to time that have negative experiences, but no casino just bans people out of the blue or confiscates their winnings.
We know many cases where users just blatantly seek out to destroy a casinos reputation because they have lost a decent chunk of money.
I'll give an example here - human error, user accidentally max bet all their balance, some sites have warning buttons on max bet alerts. That said user had disabled their warning button and then just harassed live support all day claiming it's the sites fault. This user ended up threating the casino's staff and mentally lost it. In our opinion threats should never be taken lightly and this kind of behavior is ban worthy and a violation of terms.

A rotten apple quickly infects its neighbors.

A lot of cases surround also the allowed countries, many people use VPN's now days to avoid showing their true location, but sometimes they turn it off or it cuts off due to some technical problem and the users true location is revealed. When that happens and the casino does find out, there's a chance of a ban coming.

In general.
By signing up to any casino we advise players to fully understand the terms and conditions.
Make sure what you are really agreeing to, same goes for the games rules.

just curious, are they planning on advertising here in the forum? If not, you can suggest that they consider opening an announcement thread here in the forum.

Eventually it is between the operator and the player.
True and unfortunately I have not seen any operator to allow a 2nd account after the 1st account had an ending for whatever the reason.

The site does not load on TOR browser. Is it disabled?

Thanks for telling us, we will look into it. The site should work fine on any device and on the regular browsers like Chrome, Brave, Opera, Firefox, Safari and IE.

Here are some stats for the first week.

Total new accounts created trough us:
17 new users.
10 players met the wagering quota and have received their rewards yesterday.

485 giveaway participants.
323 twitter followers.
3477 telegram channel subscribers.

So nothing substantial and with a project like this it will take time to gather popularity and be truly seen.
Current plans are to take things step by step, wait for the first giveaway to finish and explore different ways of marketing.

Like mentioned before in this topic, many players already have an account with these casinos and they are not new to them.
Maybe we will start to add more fresh sites, but in order to do that we have to make sure that these sites are legit and pay out as well.
We've seen quite a lot of rug pull attempts and potential scams. So it's in our best interest that we do not refer anybody to become a victim.
There are new crypto casinos popping up every month, like mushrooms in the fall. Everything that shines, is not gold.

Interesting concept, gambling affiliate marketing is one of the best ways to make money in the gambling industry, the giveway is also good but you also need to understand that if you're promoting well-established and popular casinos you are not likely to get more people here as casinos have it in their terms that they do not allow alternative accounts, you have a good chance if you include new and up and coming casinos with good potential and reputable that are not yet here in Bitcointalk.
Good luck with your venture since you have a copper account why not include graphic images to fully explain your concept.

Thank you for the feed back!
Indeed, we do not encourage players to make alternative accounts and said activity is prohibited by most casino's terms and conditions.
More likely, we would like to debate and discuss about the topic openly.

Speaking from experience we can say that many players who are looking for handouts or easy money are also willing to discard their current accounts to become some one else's affiliate.
With crypto casinos that do not require KYC verification it is a very common thing. Users can either use multiple devices or different connections to do so.
But crypto gambling should be allowed everywhere in the world? Also the anonymity of crypto gambling is what gives it a perk. Here's where the conflict happens: Anonymity or less abusers?

An example: A random marketer invites "Player X" to join a casino by promising them $10 for making an account. Player X happily takes upon this promised offer, gets the $10.
"Player X "enjoys the casino for let's say for 2 months. Some how "Player X" spots an offer for the same casino, but now it's a $20 sign-up bonus + some extra perks or long term value solution and creates another account. - This said scenario happens daily between many different communities, "affiliate jumpers" we like to call them.

Example 2: "Player X" just creates one account to actually refer themself to the platform to reap extra rewards. By doing that, they take the risk of getting caught of abusing the affiliate system and having a duplicate account. Most cases when discovered are actually unfortunate for "Player X", as violation of terms and conditions usually result in voided winnings.

So what if everybody just gets the best deal in town, straight away? No hooks. Would they still jump around or create alts?
That's what we want to find out.

I have read through your post and I get your point. You know humans are insatiable and as such would always want more to satisfy themselves for the moment so therefore the issue of multiple accounts would never stop happening.

On the other hand, the organisation or casino would always want to be at the top of the competition beating their competitors so therefore more bonus and promo's would be on for them to get more clients and customers to get registered with them. Doing this would definitely attract old members of the casino to do otherwise because they would not want to miss out of the bonuses.
These are the reasons why casinos are strict on their terms and conditions of service and also enforcing their punishment on Amy account found wanting so as to save their casino from further damages.
How do you intend to tackle this challenge I have mentioned above with the gamblers owning multiple accounts as a result of bonuses and giveaway from casinos just to get more traffic to their website? D you intend to do a fixed bonus and if yes how do you remain relevant in the gambling industry when other casinos or affiliates are giving better bonuses than what you offer, beating you out of form and market.

As far as we know, it's not illegal to close your casino account.
For example, a player may choose to close their current account via said site support for personal reasons.
If the player has closed their account and for some reason has no options to recover or to reopen that closed account, then they can open a new one - as long as their first account is in closed state it seems to be accepted by many sites. Depends how the rules are translated and if the site is okay with that.
Eventually it is between the operator and the player.

Maybe bad phrasing by us, we do not mean that a player should have multiple active accounts. Again, question of translation.

It’s always a case to case in regards with multiple accounts in every casino. Some casino doesn’t care about multiple account as long as there’s no abuse involved in bonuses, tournaments and other promotion.

Stake is one of the casino that has a strict rules for multiple accounts. You are not allowed to open new account if you have old account or else they have the right to confiscate all the funds deposited on both account. The only way to close account on Stake is to self exclude permanently which means you can’t create account anymore. Opening new account while you knew you have existing account in there is always a high risk.

That is correct. All comes down to the operator's set terms.

We don't advise anybody to brake them, it's the players responsibility to be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the operator.

We also know few cases of people getting banned from various sites due to system flags.
For example, these bans can happen if a player had opened an account long time ago and forgot their details, then simply created a new one to play with no harm in mind and still get banned.
Usually they are then required to KYC and the duplicate will be closed.
There are also cases of systematic flagging by deposit addresses, let's say your friend withdraws to a wallet you use to deposit at the same site and vice versa. It's always best not to mix wallets like that.
