Regarding your question:

Sorry for late responce. Every promocode can be used only once, by any user. As soon as promocode used, it won't be available for other users.

I have searched and found their YouTube channel (CryptoGamblers Pub). Those guideline videos are still available but don't know why links at OP are broken. Those videos are old and a lot of things have changed now. lupandina should update new guideline videos. Cause both PD and stake removed add friend and pm option.

Normally they charge 5% fee for lower amount. If you exchange higher amount then the fee become 3%. Though I think the fee is slightly high. But overall it's not easy to run this type of service. So taking fee is reasonable no matter how big the amount is.

I think these are some reason why people would use it. You can also see some of this information in OP.

• Transfer/exchange balance between few gambling sites instantly.
• Normal exchanger requires tx confirmation to complete the exchange. But this service is instant, you don't need to wait for any network confirmations.

I do think though that you probably want to make it a bit clearer to the users how the entire exchange process is done. I've been fishing around for answers on your site with no avail, and your youtube video (at least the English version), is also down at the moment.

Also, a percentage fee may discourage larger whales to use your services. Maybe add a cap to the transaction fee such that after a certain threshold, the fee becomes flat.

I need an information. Can every user use those promo code individually? Or those promo code will unusable if someone else apply it before. I have used the exchanger of lupandina a lot of time but 5% exchange fee seems little bit high. To be honest with myself, FAQ requires an update already But as new design is under development right now, it will come along with it. Still, details you need are there, like fees (it's 3-5%, depending on amount).

Advantage is speed. Exchanges are automated and instant, fill form - send tip - receive tip within seconds.

I am a little bit interested to your service as I am a little bit curious if how it works and whether it can give an advantage to the gamblers. For more curious people, there's more detailed info, how it works:

* You must have your username, from which you are sending tip, verified in CryptoGamblersPub, also, set up your friends list. If you will send a tip, but bot wont find friends list of tip sender, tip will be shared to another ninjas. 
* Bot runs every minute automatically. All tips are private - it's ninja, it's secret!
* After deduction of 0.8% fee, bot is trying to split your tip evenly among your friends list in same site, where tip was received. If:
   - it's impossible, because doesn't divides equally, bot rounds it.
   - it's impossible, because doesn't fit into minimum tip limit, bot sends as much close to minimum tips to random your friends, as possible.
 

* You can set up few options:
  - share with other ninjas. By choosing this option, 20% of your tip will be shared to random ninjas with highest ninja score. Your Ninja score grows with amount, which you shared with other ninjas and as long as you are active (ninja score resets after 10 days of inactivity as ninja). If your tip is less than 10x of minimum tip amount of site + fee, tip will be shared only with friends.
  - receive sent tips report by email. If you wish to know exactly, who got your ninja tips, choose this option.

* Tips, sent to Ninjar are not refundable. If your tip is too small even for one minimum tip after fee, ninjar will consider it as donation.
