www.Crypto.Games: Multiple Games, Multiple Coins
I have a question for the Crypto.Games admins.

I have this thread where I created a table and took note of the withdrawal fees and minimum withdrawal amounts for various crypto casinos. Crypto.Games is one of them. The minimum withdrawal amount on the account I have registered on your site is 0.001 BTC. But some players have made me aware that their accounts show a minimum withdrawal of 0.0005 BTC. What is the reason for the difference and does it depend on the account rank or something else?

If we refer to the official FAQ page of crypto.games, the minimum withdrawal is 0.0005btc or altcoin equivalent. Logically there should not be any differences for any reasons as once it is stated on the FAQ then it should be applied to all users regardless of their account rank/level or any other thing.
Minimum withdrawal is 0.0005 BTC or altcoin equivalent. Everyone have the same amount.

The promotion for Plinko is also very good to boost it, but I think the highrollers are kicking ass with this one. Thank you for a nice gambling experience.... I hope you revamp the other games soon.. with even better promotions.  Grin  (10/10)
What's great about this is that players only need to wait a few more days before the Plinko challenge sets on. The experience is by far the best you'll ever get, so get your lucky socks on and play the weekend away!!!

You've posted the wrong week there buddy. It's dice this weekend.

Don't know on why its a wrong week because if you do just see those week dates then its just basically on point.

Always check the status on here https://forum.crypto.games/promotions/

For this week its almost on Plinko or you do basically talk about on next week rather which is mostly on Dice from weekend.

It's the wrong week as we are not on the first week of the month, we are on the last.

The weekend challenge (which launches in a few hours) is dice as shown on the page you linked to:

Faucets are only disabled for those who abuse it. Often for players who continuously withdraw from faucets after reaching a withdrawable amount.
Well, we will never really know if @WTFTX did abuse the faucet and we can't be sure about it because we know that this type of bans and prevention systems aren't flawless or perfect so some innocents will always get caught up but @DarkDays is right, contact the support to see the reason for disabling the faucet.

Oh yea I probably would have been considered as abusing it as I withdrew a lot more than I thought I did.

What kind of strikes me as odd though, is the faucet is under a tab called "Rewards" with a little gift icon. Their reason for having the faucet is to "test gameplay". Isn't this what playmoney is for? Why have a faucet you can level up at all at that point, and why put it under a rewards tab?

They did re-instate the use of my faucet after talking to support so I'll give them a hats off, but still find the whole idea strange. Thanks though, good customer service.

"I can understand how this can be disappointing. Have you tried asking the support team what the reason behind disabling your faucet was? Maybe this way you can get a better feel of what's going on. The rise in edge house and stuff I assume is to keep in line with the market needs but still, try to reach them directly to see if there's a way to get back on track."

-Appreciate the reply, I'll see what they have to say about it.

"Faucets are only disabled for those who abuse it. Often for players who continuously withdraw from faucets after reaching a withdrawable amount."

-I definitely have withdrawn from it maybe 3 or 4 times out of thousands of attempts. The way I see it; many Casinos these days offer pretty incredible reloads/bonuses that actually give you some sort of "free money". I realize this isn't actually free money but a % of the house edge returned back to you in the form a reload/bonus. The faucet works as that bonus, as far as I'm concerned. Otherwise there's no real incentive to leveling it up, and no real incentive to spend money at the Casino, when there's many other avenues that at the very least give you something back. This is still true considering the house edge is 1% for Casinos that offer bonuses, and the same is true Crypto Games. The argument that other Casinos have a higher house edge can't be applied, at least not anymore. Before the 1% change I would wholeheartedly agree.
