AFAIK tron lost its momentum due to the a lot of accusations caused by the tron project clone filecoin's whitepaper. I think that this is only to make another hype to the tron project itself. It's not stupid for those are taking any advantages from this news. People will become mad to buy and try to use it just like cryptokitties.
