Not that different to loans with collateral really.
Collateral loans primarily cater towards people who are into altcoins, which are a bad investing themselves. Nowadays if you don't speculate on alts you probably can't get a loan.

What the OP is doing is accepting less liquid collateral (probably with a higher percentage of value then most loans secured by altcoins) which will increase the potential user base that would want to borrow.

General Conditions:
1. Under normal circumstances it is possible to roll-over your loan for same period and conditions.
To do so pay the interests of your outstanding loan and send me a PM stating that you want to
roll-over.
2. Failure to repay in full your loan and interests by due date means that property of your collateral
or pawned assets passes definitively to us without the need for any further communication. From that
moment on we are entitled to sell or auction these assets at our own discretion.
3. Penalty for overdue loans is 25% of agreed interest in addition to accrued interests during the
overdue period.
