Have you tried contacting support from another account? Maybe this one is blacklisted and eon't even show your messages in their support. Try opening a new account and see if they reply.

nothing illegal.. apparently 2 factor authentification is the cause. But 10 years.. 1 week hum ok.. But 10 years ?!
they don't respond me since past month.

I'd consider myself banned if withdrawal was held back for that long.

There have been threads opened about cryptonator before, like these:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptonator-wallet-no-funds-2479384
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptonator-scam-no-xrp-in-account-after-6-days-waiting-resolved-2628097

As I said, I used it for about six months and everything was fine for me. In one of the threads, OP finally received the money. On the other one OP said this:
I just loged in at cryptonator and saw the Ripple wallet is in maintenance right now, so hopefully after that I finally receive my ripple.
and stopped posting, so I guess he got the funds, otherwise he would have kept complaining.

If OP hasn’t done anything illegal, he shouldn’t be worried. Cryptonator is a trustable site. And, by the way, I’m not using it any more just because I got a hardware wallet.

Thats quiet odd to have that kind of fund hold. Usually i do see up 3 days to 1 week max regarding on these cases. Have you sent them ticket why it do have such ridiculous hold of funds? Thats too exaggerated and just been said above consider those funds lost already. If they dont show some interest on answering you regarding on this matter then it signifies shady as hell. I havent heard about them too.

Consider your funds lost if they don't reply to any of your queries since that would be impossible to retrieve without any legal action. Also, are you sure that there aren't any fraudulent activity on your account to begin with?  Normally exchanges close an account when they see that different nefarious activities are being done on an account or if an account is involved in illegal trading on their platform. How long have you been waiting on a response? Typically with these kind of problems, support replies takes about a day or two, but if it's longer than a week, then I must say that your account is done for.

Hi, i use cryptonator for a long time but recently a bug ?  Undecided... prevents me from sending me my ripples

""Withdrawal hold expires in 82108 hours  Shocked Shocked
The Two-Step-Verification on your account was deactivated manually. Due to the security reasons we have placed a temporarily withdrawal hold.

Withdrawal hold will be released automatically upon expiration. In the meantime you are still able depositing funds and performing exchange operations.""

they did not respond to my emails, support request, twitter message.
I know that is not a great idea to give my coin to a third personne (cryptonator) but here we are..  Undecided

Does somebody have an idea ? what should I do ?
tks for helping me  Grin Grin
