Thanks for your answer. I used search but couldnt find any topics created after 2020. I hop this means users rejected to use this app after so many complaints posted in 2016-2017.
The same thing applies to Freewallet, by the way. Victims also contact us, but there are clearly a little fewer of them than there were at the beginning of the year. However, it was interesting to try to find victims who had recently experienced account bans. If there are any, I’ll be glad to chat in PM
Yeah, people abandon bad services after a while. Similar cases can be seen on the now infamous HitBTC and 1xbit. Initially they would have so many complaints and scam accusation but as time passed by, the numbers dropped.
If you look at their recent review on trustpilot, it's evident that there are still more resent victims that to fall for their scam

The accusation was created a long time ago so I doubt you will get the answers you seek let alone from other victims since they won't be viewing this thread impulsively. Maybe you can create a dedicated thread, article, YouTube video seeking to know any other victims of the service.

You can also use ninjastic.space to help with your search, for example i just got this thread with the help of the tool

I understand that a lot of time has passed and TS is unlikely to respond, but are there other Cryptopay users on the forum who have encountered similar problems? According to our data, the owner of Cryptopay, Russian Dmitry Gunyashov, is the same person as the founder of Freewallet, which practices KYC fraud.

If this is true, then perhaps the victims should join forces.

What happened:
I used my cryptopay card to make a deposit to a online casino. And they locked my card when I received my withdrawal (450 gbp) from the casino and asking me to verify my account. I already sent my documents 2 times. They are still refusing to release my fund.

Then I asked them to send back the money to casino. But they said they can't do that. Total bullshit. They asked me to contact their banking provider by an email. We deal with cryptopay, not with a third party. And their TOS don't have a word about such thing. I don't really believe the bank will respond to me by email. I guess it's a clever scam.

They are claiming that they sent a notice of their TOS change 1 month ago. But no one has ever received that. Another bullshit.
